Daily Notes

2024-04-23 - Wendy's

I’m having back problems, so I stopped off at Planet Fitness for a light back workout this morning. It seems to have helped. After that? To Wendy’s where I picked up a couple of baked potatoes, some water, and LOTS of pepper packages! After re-reading sections of “Presto” I see that I’m allowed to add pepper to my potatoes (but no salt, oils, or any other sauces), and it does help!

I’m thinking of doing a visualizing exercise for our trip to Courtenay, so I asked Microsoft’s Copilot which would be best. The answer?

Ask Copilot: Which of Abraham Hick’s “22 Processes” would you use if you were planning a trip across the country and wanted it to turn out well?

Copilot’s Reply: “The Scripting Process”. This process involves writing a detailed script of how you want your trip to unfold. Write down every detail, from the places you’ll visit to the people you’ll meet and imagine that everything you write will come true.

So, I input our itinerary, a few facts about us as a family, and voila… the Scripting Process for Our Trip to Courtenay!
