Back to another work week folks! Kicking it off with item #1 on my “ToDo List”: (You can use these symbols: ☐✅).
“Incorporating Winning List” (14/30) – “Add Tortillas” Day #004
- ✅ {Morning} Listen to the “10 Minute Morning Meditation” Routine as soon as you can in the day, preferably when you first wake up! (Yep, in the AM… No “Inspired Thoughts” or “Lottery Winning Dreams” though!)
- ✅ Be as Happy As You Can As Often As You Can! (Video Here)! (12:56 pm)
- ✅ Bless Food (Before Eating): (Coffee with Irish Soda Bread!)
- ✅ Morning affirmation (immediately upon rising): “I am extremely deserving of the things that I am manifesting because I have and always have had a good heart. I want the best for others and want for things to work out well for everyone. Even when people were horrible to me, I tried to look beyond this and resolve issues so that all could live in peace. I don’t have a great desire for wealth, other than getting a nice home and traveling, and will use the rest of the money to benefit and help others. So, taking this into account, if ANYONE is deserving of these things I am manifesting, it is ME”! (12:57 pm)
- ✅ Create “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List” for today:
- Write down “10 Things” to be thankful for. NOTE SOURCE: “14,000” book, “Bucket List” PDF’s, “Personal Manifestations”, “Simple Pleasure”, or even “Things that I am thankful for that haven’t happened yet”!

Daily Notes
Our guests, Christina and Darius, overslept this morning. They got away late for their trip back to Victoria! They will probably visit again sometime.
I went to “Gone Fishin'” in Courtenay today to ask about fishing in the Comox Valley. Jeff, one of the sales associates, was very helpful. He told me that once I turn 65 a “fresh water” fishing license will be $5. Before that, $41! Bobby gets to fish for free till he turns 18 or so, at which point he will need to pay for an adult license. I wasn’t going to buy any equipment, but he was so helpful that he set the rod up with me and explained how it all fit together, and gave me this special type of bait that I guess trout really love. The whole kit, including the fishing license, cost roughly $100!
I plan to go fishing on Marshall Lake sometime in the near future to see where the best fishing spots are, and to test the rod and equipment out. I want Bobby’s first experience with fishing to be a good one. If his first experience is not a good one, he probably won’t want to go again.
I also stopped by the library in Courtenay to pick up two “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” books that my wife had reserved.
On the way home I stopped off at Thrifty Foods to pick up some tahini and “Just Fruit” jam. While there, I redeemed my $1 Gold Rush “Scratch & Win card. I won $2, so with the purchase price being $1, I effectively made $1! Whoo Hoo!
What did I do with this $1 win? Well, I purchased a Blackjack “Scratch & Win” at $ and a Gold Rush “Scratch & Win” at $1, so I had to pony up another $2! The result? Not a winner (see photo to the right)! Back to square #1!
This evening I started to track all my Comox Valley Tickets in a spreadsheet, whether winner or loser… It will be interesting to see how much I actually spend on this over the weeks, months, and years ahead!
