2025-04-14 - Quality Foods Breakfast

I stopped off at Quality Foods in Courtenay this morning and saw that their breakfast, which is regularly $8.99 is on sale for $6.99 this week. I ordered, along with a coffee, and went upstairs to their 2nd floor coffee shop to eat and enjoy. While there I listened to Maggie Murphy’s take on “The Process” of “Busting Loose From The Money Game” (see photo to the right).

To reiterate, here’s “The Process” as outlined via this video by Maggie Murphy:

  1. Stop and mentally step back from whatever is bothering you.
  2. “I am _____ (insert noun of your choice, God, Universe, whatever) creating this.” Or just say what I say. “I’m creating all of this.”
  3. “It’s not real.”
  4. “It’s completely made up.”
  5. “It’s entirely a projection of my mind.”
  6. “I’m taking back my energy from this creation now.”
  7. “I feel it coming back to me now.”
  8. And really imagine the positive energy you’ve fed to this idea returning to you.

I picked up 3 “Raisin Buns” and a “Cherry Turnover” and “Apple Turnover” at the 2nd floor coffee shop just before I left. The cashier told me where I could find the raisin buns in the bakery section downstairs.

Next up was Walmart, where I printed out my Paul McCartney concert photos via their Kodak Kiosk.

My next stop was the “Honey Grove Bakery” near Value Village where I picked up a sausage roll and a cinnamon bun.

My final stop was at Shar-Kare where I picked up two more bags of “Fertilizer + Moss Control” and a Canadian-Assembled spreader to spread it.
