Good Thursday morning everyone! Let’s get things started with item #1 on my “ToDo List”:

  1. Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List” immediately upon rising.

    • #6) I am so happy and grateful for baskets of sticky buns, cornbread, brioches, and seed-capped rolls. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #7) I am so happy and grateful for “Breaking Bad”. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #8) I am so happy and grateful for “Better Call Saul”. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #9) I am so happy and grateful for our “Dream Home” in Courtenay. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #10) I am so happy and grateful for finding the “KWF Coin”. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • And thank you for good news that is coming to me today!
  2. Daily Mediation #1 (of 3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video). During my morning meditation I asked “The Source” the question, “If I am so special, show me”!
  3. Go through “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). I finished quickly going through my “Lifestyle” PDF.
  4. Create & Update “Vision Board”. Nope!
  5. Daily Mediation #2 (with my “air conditioner” background video). Meditate on getting our “Dream Home” in Courtenay. Nope!
  6. Daily Mediation #3 (with my “air conditioner” background video). Meditate on finding the “Coin With KWF”, as a first step to visualizing $$$. Thought a bit about this as I was drifting off to bed this evening.
  7. Before going to bed, do or record my “Act of Kindness”: I was very complimentary to the cashier at Aldi this evening. I also sent off an email to Jennifer Crews at Lexington Elementary School in South Carolina thanking her for her efforts for the “Act of Kindness” I missed on Tuesday.
  8. Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: Getting views on my YouTube Channel!
  9. Panera Bread coffee (optional). Yep, for a coffee in the AM and a soda in the PM.
2023-10-26 - Ambulance

I stopped off at Panera Bread after my allergy shot this morning to get a cup of coffee. On the way an ambulance rushed by on Franklin Street (see photo to the right).

I looked for coins while at Panera Bread but no “manifestation”, at least this morning! I took my large coffee with almond milk home to enjoy with my homemade breakfast of air-fried potatoes, beets, pickles, egg whites, turkey slices, and toast with jam.

I stopped off at Panera Bread this afternoon for a cup of coffee, but they didn’t have any hot, so I opted for a soda drink. I had high hopes that I would eat only potatoes today to lose weight, but that was not to be. I need to get back to creating an overall health regimen that I will be doing every day so that I can get my body in shape to be 100+ years old. Having said that, if I can live only another 5-10 years, AI will have probably advanced so much that it can take it from there.

I’m having a lot of fun these days with AI and what they call “Faceless YouTube Channels”. The idea is that you use AI and online tools to create YouTube Shorts on various subjects so that you don’t need to be in front of the camera. I’m thinking of creating a “Faceless History Channel” about history facts to earn $$$ for our move to BC.
