    • #6) I am so happy and grateful for sun worshippers. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #7) I am so happy and grateful for living healthy a long, long time. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #8) I am so happy and grateful for conversing in many languages and accents. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #9) I am so happy and grateful for how lucky you are. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #10) I am so happy and grateful for upper New York State. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • And thank you for good news that is coming to me today!
  2. Dieting Thoughts: I am losing weight through (a) Intermittent Fasting, (b) Non-Fat Foods, (c) <2000 Calories, (d) Daily Exercises: Soup is key!
  3. Daily Mediations (3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video if possible). (a) Ask “Source” for Next Step, (b) “Dream Home” in Courtenay, and (c) “KWF Coin”. I meditated in the AM and PM, but not mid-day.
  4. Bless Food (Before Eating): Yes, I remembered to do this one this evening! Small win!
  5. Update “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). Nadda!
  6. Update “Vision Board” (Add/Remove/Update). Nadda!
  7. Before going to bed, do or record my “Act of Kindness”: I sent out two emails today, one for yesterday and one for today. I emailed Lauren Fels and Hannah Byers at Sandy Elementary, Sandy, Utah thanking them for all their teaching efforts.
  8. Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: Coming up with the idea of generating AI videos and posting them on a Facebook page to sell a PLR book. Worth a shot!

I read a bit of “The Source” by Tara Swart while I was waiting to get my allergy shot this morning. It’s great that she had MD & PhD degrees and has used “The Law of Attraction” in her own life! I’m hoping that this will help to clarify how to implement it in my own life.

When I stopped off at Panera Bread on the way home from getting my allergy shot, I picked up a large hazelnut coffee with almond milk and one Splenda (see photo to the right). I usually only top my regular coffee with hazelnut, but today, as it is so cold outside, I was drawn to a full cup!

I’ve been using vidIQ on my “Law of Attraction” YouTube channel and it looks like ranking these videos might be harder than I initially thought. It seems that there are a lot of people creating videos like this, which makes it harder to rank and be seen. Maybe if I ask “The Source” how to do this the answer will be provided?

In “The Source”, I like that Tara Swart has been keeping annual “action boards” and visualizing for years. She practices what she preaches (pg. xiv).
