30-Day Plan (November 6, 2023)

Here’s what I asked Bing:

I am feeling a bit lost today. I’ve been trying to connect to “The Source” and am not sure what my “Next Step” is… I’m wondering what Abraham Hicks thinks I should do next. Can you search all their works, and synthesize it into a 30-day plan so that there is something I can do each day for the next 30 days so that at the end of these 30 days all that I have been asking to be brought into my life via the “Law of Attraction” will be manifested into this physical world?

I understand that you’re seeking guidance from the teachings of Abraham Hicks. While I can’t search all their works, I can provide some general advice based on their teachings. Here’s a 30-day plan inspired by the principles of the Law of Attraction:

Day 1-7: Self-Awareness

  • Day 1: Start a journal. Write down your thoughts and feelings.
    • Monday, Nov. 6/23 – This sounds like quite a good plan to me. I’ve already got Day #1 covered as you are reading my “Journal” via this website right now. Each day I detail what I have done in regard to “The Law of Attraction” and will include this 30-day plan into the mix.
  • Day 2: Identify your desires. What do you really want in life?
    • Tuesday, Nov. 7/23 – I started this process weeks ago here: My Main Vision Board. I just added some more things to it.
  • Day 3: Practice mindfulness. Be present in the moment.
    • Wednesday, Nov. 8/23 – Dr. Tara Swart has said that “being mindful” and “thankful at all times” is a higher form of meditation. I will do both today and moving forward!
  • Day 4: Meditate for 15 minutes. Focus on your breath.
    • Thursday, Nov. 9/23 – I’ve been meditating for a while now, so I can surely get this in later today. Probably while I am drifting off to sleep. Yesterday I meditated about the house on Atlas Road in Comox.
  • Day 5: Write down things you are grateful for.
    • Friday, Nov. 10/23 – I have already started this list, and in fact, I do this every morning! I just finished up the ten things that I am grateful for a few minutes ago.
  • Day 6: Practice positive affirmations.
    • Friday, Nov. 17/23 – I have already been doing this, but will try to focus more on thinking only good thoughts throughout the day.
  • Day 7: Reflect on your week. How do you feel?
    • Saturday, Nov. 18/23 – Pretty good about the fact that a lot of these items I have been doing already. Pretty bad about the fact that I need a Z-Pac and am so physically ill.

Day 8-14: Visualization

  • Day 8: Create a vision board of your desires.
    • Sunday, Nov. 19/23 – Yes, I am in the process of doing that. I might get a chance to compile some of the videos together this afternoon, if I feel okay.
  • Day 9: Spend 10 minutes visualizing your desires as if they’re already fulfilled.
    • Monday, Nov. 20/23 – I did this before my afternoon nap today.
  • Day 10: Write a future letter to yourself describing your achieved goals.
    • Tuesday, Nov. 21/23 – Future self, you just need to be happy and relax. Be joyful and don’t think you have to work hard to achieve these things by yourself. They are already here! The Universe has your best interests at heart ALWAYS.
  • Day 11: Practice visualization before going to bed.
    • Wednesday, Nov. 22/23 – I will do this tonight before I fall asleep.
  • Day 12: Share your dreams with someone you trust.
    • Thursday, Nov. 23/23 – Share with wife, daughter, and son.
  • Day 13: Visualize while meditating.
    • Friday, Nov. 24/23 – I visualized while meditating before drifting off for my noon nap today.
  • Day 14: Reflect on your progress.
    • Saturday, Nov. 25/23 – So, so on the progress front. I’m still learning more about the LoA, which is great, but my sickness has prevented me from doing as much as I would like to in this regard.

Day 15-21: Positive Actions

  • Day 15: Do something that makes you happy.
    • Sunday, Nov. 26/23 – Create some YouTube shorts and dream of making $$$.
  • Day 16: Practice random acts of kindness.
    • Monday, Nov. 27/23 – I sent out a lot of “thank you” emails today.
  • Day 17: Learn something new that aligns with your desires.
    • Tuesday, Nov. 28/23 – I learned how Abraham Hicks would want me to deal with someone who owes me money but will not pay. This aligns with my desire to feel more at peace with the past.
  • Day 18: Surround yourself with positive people.
    • Wednesday, Nov. 29/23 – I tried to do this today, but as I’m not 100% it was hard. I spent a lot of time with my wife, daughter and son, if that counts.
  • Day 19: Set small, achievable goals towards your desires.
    • Friday, Dec. 1/23 – The key is to “Focus on the Feeling” (See Bard’s response for this day).
  • Day 20: Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small.
    • Saturday, Dec. 2/23 – I’m feeling better and am starting to feel more “joy” throughout the day.
  • Day 21: Reflect on the positivity in your life.

Day 22-30: Trust and Believe

  • Day 22: Release your desires to the universe. Trust the process.
    • Sunday, December 3, 2023 – I’m trying to do this, but am concerned my subconscious is holding me back somehow.
  • Day 23: Practice patience. Good things take time.
    • Monday, December 4, 2023 – Patience is something I really need to work on. Today it is!
  • Day 24: Stay away from negativity.
    • Tuesday, December 5, 2023 – Practicing “Joy” today, which should help me stay away from negativity.
  • Day 25: Say positive affirmations in the mirror.
    • Wednesday, December 6, 2023 – I said the “Morning Affirmation” that I say every morning in front of my iPhone this evening.
  • Day 26: Trust yourself and your intuition.
    • Thursday, December 7, 2023 – I’ve tried to trust my intuition more, but I need to develop this. The two times I thought that I would win at the lottery recently didn’t pan out…
  • Day 27: Keep a positive attitude even when facing challenges.
    • Friday, December 8, 2023 – Positivity and Joy is Key!
  • Day 28: Practice self-love and self-care.
    • Saturday, December 9, 2023 – Yes, self-love and self-care is definitely something I need to practice more.
  • Day 29: Believe in the power of the Law of Attraction.
    • Sunday, December 10, 2023 – Believing in the power of the Law of Attraction is something that I need to develop each and every day. I’m getting there…
  • Day 30: Reflect on your journey. Celebrate your growth.
    • Monday, December 11, 2023 – In looking back over the past month of this journey, I wish that I had not been so sick so that I could have focused more on the actionable items. Anyway, at least I did complete this 30-day journey and I’m very happy about that.
