- Dieting Thoughts: I am losing weight through (a) Intermittent Fasting, (b) Non-Fat Foods, (c) <2000 Calories, (d) Daily Exercises: Today is the second day I got on the rower. 30 minutes today, like yesterday. Still don’t feel like going to the gym though till I can conquer this “cold” or whatever I have. I also ordered some Resveratrol (see below).

- Update “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). Not today…
- Update “Vision Board” (Add/Remove/Update). I watched the Mark Wiens video where he is flying to Istanbul and stays in the hotel. I’m going to add that to the video I am creating.
- Before going to bed, do or record my “Act of Kindness”: Not today. I need to do two tomorrow.
- Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: Yes, but I was not feeling well, so I held it in its envelope.
It’s Day #3 of the ChatGPT 30-Day Plan, and my task for today is “mindfulness”, or being thankful in the moment. I will do this, and meditate as well, today.
I renamed a couple of my boards to be more in align with what Dr. Tara Swart is saying. I now have a “Vision/Action Board“, in which I elaborate on the things that I’m currently trying to manifest into my life. I also have a Dream/Bucket List Board, in which I list ALL the things I would like to do at some point in the future, not just the ones I’m currently working on.
On the way to Panera Bread to pick up a coffee this morning I needed to get gas. The gas station I usually go to had their pumps shut down, so I went to another gas station, which happened to be the one that I bought the lottery ticket from a couple of weeks ago. I felt the overwhelming urge to purchase a ticket, so I did (see photo to the right). I saw an Abraham Hicks video on how “The Source” will be telling you what to do, so is this it?
I ordered some Resveratrol today. Dr. David Sinclair from Harvard says that it can help you live longer. What Is Resveratrol? Resveratrol is a plant compound that acts like an antioxidant. The top food sources include red wine, grapes, some berries and peanuts. This compound tends to be concentrated mostly in the skins and seeds of grapes and berries.
Well, I checked the Pick 3 lottery results (see photo to the left) and I did not win… Guess that “feeling” I had was not what I thought it was?
In reading “The Source” by Dr. Tara Swart, on page #8 she mentions that “life does not have to be about half-measures or what-ifs and regrets”.
This evening Amanda in Courtenay had a Facetime with us and walked us through the house on Atlas Road. There are still quite a few more things that need to be fixed on it, so we’re gonna pass on this property. It is/was not our dream property after all. I’m not sure why it came back on the market after only a few months, and at a much lower price. It looked like the answer to our dreams, but it was not.
