Day #0111 – (Sun., Dec. 17, 2023) – Visual ToDo Breakdown List

Happy Sunday Morning everyone! Here’s item #1 on my “ToDo List”:

  1. Morning affirmation (immediately upon rising): “I am extremely deserving of the things that I am manifesting because I have and always have had a good heart. I want the best for others and want for things to work out well for everyone. Even when people were horrible to me, I tried to look beyond this and resolve issues so that all could live in peace. I don’t have a great desire for wealth, other than getting a nice home and traveling, and will use the rest of the money to benefit and help others. So, taking this into account, if ANYONE is deserving of these things I am manifesting, it is ME“! 11:08 am.
  2. Ask Bard (or ChatGPT) the question of the day and implement the response. According to Abraham Hicks, will you manifest your desires quicker if you are a good person as opposed to being a bad person? (see response below).
  3. Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List”:
    • #1) I am so happy and grateful for doing something that will put a smile on your face. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #2) I am so happy and grateful for spoiler alerts. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #3) I am so happy and grateful for wandering on brick-paved lanes lined with 18th century houses. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #4) I am so happy and grateful for babies burping. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #5) I am so happy and grateful for helpfulness. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #6) I am so happy and grateful for being first-come first-served. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #7) I am so happy and grateful for a trapeze on a swing set. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #8) I am so happy and grateful for taste buds coming alive as you savor the smells of fresh-baked bread, fresh fish, and sizzling steaks. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #9) I am so happy and grateful for being able to fix your own toaster. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #10) I am so happy and grateful for corn chip air-fryers! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • And thank you for good news that is coming to me today!
  4. Bless Food (Before Eating): Nope, not today.
  5. Positive Dieting Thoughts for the Day: I am losing weight through (a) Intermittent Fasting, (b) Non-Fat Foods, (c) <2000 Calories, (d) Daily Exercises: Too many nuts in the evening, but other than that, okay.
  6. Take Resveratrol: 10:25 pm.
  7. Put On Shin Cream: 10:26 pm.
  8. Daily Mediations (3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video if possible). (a) Ask “Source” for Next Step, (b) “Dream Home” in Courtenay, and (c) “KWF Coin”. I meditated on “The Good News Coming To Me Today” as I drifted off on my noon nap. No sign of good news yet…
  9. Update “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). Nope.
  10. Update “Vision Board” (Add/Remove/Update). Nope.
  11. This evening do or record my “Act of Kindness”: I did two acts of kindness today (one for yesterday and one for today). I emailed Angela Francis (Kindergarten) and Lanie Dela Cruz (Third Grade) teachers at Abraham Lincoln Elementary School in Sacramento, California and thanked them for their service to our children.
  12. Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: Symponi!

Ask Bard: According to Abraham Hicks, will you manifest your desires quicker if you are a good person as opposed to being a bad person?

Bard Replies: Abraham Hicks doesn’t directly talk about being “good” or “bad” in relation to manifesting desires. Their teachings focus more on vibrational alignment and the power of your thoughts and emotions to attract experiences into your life.

However, their concepts do suggest that your overall vibrational frequency, which is influenced by your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, plays a significant role in manifesting your desires. Here’s how it might work:

  1. Positive Emotions Attract Positive Experiences: Hicks emphasizes the power of positive emotions like joy, gratitude, and excitement. They believe that when you’re in these high-vibrational states, you’re more likely to attract positive experiences and circumstances that align with your desires. Conversely, negative emotions like fear, anger, and doubt lower your vibrational frequency and can attract experiences that you don’t want.
  2. Alignment with Your True Self: Hicks teaches that your true self is a being of pure joy and creative power. When you’re aligned with your true self, you naturally emit a high vibrational frequency. This alignment, they suggest, is key to attracting the things you desire in life. Actions that bring you closer to your authentic self and bring you joy would naturally contribute to a higher vibration.
  3. Non-Judgment and Compassion: While not explicitly stating good vs bad, Hicks promotes non-judgment and compassion towards yourself and others. They believe that judging yourself or others lowers your vibrational frequency and can impede your ability to manifest your desires. Focusing on self-acceptance, forgiveness, and understanding can contribute to a more positive and aligned state.

Therefore, according to Hicks’ teachings, it’s not about being “good” or “bad” in a traditional sense, but rather about cultivating a high vibrational frequency through positive emotions, alignment with your true self, and non-judgment. These qualities, regardless of how you label them, can contribute to attracting the experiences you desire into your life.

Remember, manifestation is a complex process with various factors at play. While vibrational alignment is a key concept in Hicks’ teachings, it’s important to note that other factors like taking inspired action and persistence also contribute to manifesting your desires.

Ultimately, the focus should be on moving towards a more positive and aligned state within yourself, regardless of external labels or judgments. This inner shift can ultimately have a powerful impact on the experiences you attract into your life.

2023-12-17 - Butter Toffee

I was thinking about going to Panera Bread for a coffee this morning, but it was raining cats & dogs outside, so I stayed at home. I made myself a cup of “Butter Toffee” coffee that got the other day from my Advent Calendar (see photo to the right).

I came across a great Abraham Hicks video in which she talks about how to navigate the relatives and situation during the Holiday season. This gives some very good instructional training for not just the holidays, but instructional training for every day of the year.

Before I drifted off to my nap this afternoon, I listened to this video on how to manifest stuff quickly. I’m really interested in manifesting a lot of money these days so that I can travel the world and see the sights like Mark Wiens the food blogger does. Key Takeaway –> “Want with TRIUMPH and WORTHINESS”! Feel JUSTIFIED in the wanting of it and ASSURED that it is coming! THIS is the determination that makes things come fast! When you are at the place where you EXPECT it to happen, you are at the place where it is right on your doorstep!

This evening I created the first template of my “Visual ToDo Breakdown List”, in which I will be using word and pictures to let the Universe know that I will be taking care of, and what I expect the Universe to take care of (see photo to the right). It is per the instructions provided by one of the Abraham Hicks videos, and I thought that it was a good idea to implement. I thought of putting the actual words of the video in “grey” so that I can reach them each morning as I implement this new strategy. Tomorrow will be Day #1 of this implementation, so stay tuned folks!
