I went to Panera Bread for a cup of coffee this morning. I got the chance to try out my new earbuds via the Panera wi-fi as well! In the photo to the right, you can see me sitting in a booth and watching “The Secret” via Amazon video. Why a booth? Well, Liz, the lady at the counter, said that this area of the coffee shop is much warmer as there are no doors opening and closing. Good idea! I see that even the psychiatrist (see this post) sits here as well now. I watched videos for quite a while and the Panera Bread wi-fi didn’t disconnect me… Good to know!

I have pretty well established my new morning routine. I am happy to be able to share this with you tomorrow… 🙂

I didn’t have any breakthroughs as I meditated before nodding off to sleep this afternoon, but as I was waking up around 6 pm I started to breath really heavy, just like Esther Hicks mentioned in her interview with Oprah. It was like some “entity” was breathing me… I asked “The Source” about my next steps, and what I needed to do in order to get into alignment and manifest my desires, and it told me four simple steps. They were (and are): (1) Relax… (2) Keep Steady… (3) Enjoy the Process… (4) What You Desire Is Just Around the Corner… Sounds like something right out of a book, right? Good advice though, and comforting advice which I plan to follow.

This evening I put up a YouTube Shorts video about an Abraham Hicks 1 Minute Rampage (see photo to the right). I added some extra graphics to make it pop out. Let’s see if this will help grow my channel.
