Here’s my “Visual ToDo List” for this morning:
I hope that they have a great coffee shop in the Comox Valley! One like Panera Bread that has a “Sip Club” equivalent would be ideal! It was lightly raining this morning when I stopped off at Panera Bread for what has become my daily coffee getting ritual! There was a homeless guy hogging the bathroom at Panera Bread, so I had to quickly get in the car and drive down to McDonalds to use their bathroom. Inconvenient, but you gotta do what you gotta do! While at Panera Bread I did enjoy watching a bit of the YouTube channel “Aussie Farming in The Philippines“.
I sent out 10 emails to teachers in the East Rochester Union Free School District (East Rochester, NY) this afternoon. This more than makes up for any “Acts of Kindness” that I have missed out on the past few days/weeks. They were Abby Clapp, Adele Long, Alexandra Barnes, Amy Barrett, Barbara Cira-Regan, Cynthia Brandt, Briana Zinger, Bethany Larson, Anne Baughman, and Anna Moczarski.
Later this afternoon I made some oatmeal cookies in the air fryer (see photo to the right). Just some oatmeal and applesauce mixed up, with a dusting of cinnamon on top. Twenty minutes at 300 degrees! Delish! I’ve been looking for something like this, wholesome and yet sweet, to have along with my Panera Bread coffee and this will work out nicely!
I spent most of the afternoon and evening getting my B-C.com website up and running. It has been using the Catalyst theme up till now, but it is no longer supported and will not work with the new PHP version. So, I’ve settled on the “Grid Blogwaves” theme for now, as it has post offsets, but it’s not ideal…just yet… I need to customize it some more. At any rate, at least I can see my blog posts and other information on the website now.
Here’s my newly updated “Visual ToDo List” for today:
