Today is Day #19 of “The Magic”, which is “Magic Footsteps”. This morning, as usual, I made my list of the 10 things that I am grateful for inside “My Daily Journal”.
Today’s exercise is to walk for roughly 90 seconds and say “thank you” each time that your foot hits the floor. The idea is to say, “thank you” 100 times, but if you count then you will be focusing on the number instead of the “thank you”, so they suggest 90 seconds as that is the amount of time most people will need to walk 100 steps.
I had a good feeling today about my Etsy store, so I decided to spend quite a few hours putting up a new design idea I had. “Pumpkin Iron”, as Halloween is coming around the corner. I had Bard create images of the pumpkin weightlifter. I put up three designs that you can see in the photo to the right.
I saw a little trick on how to find the tags that other Etsy users had on their products and how to find the “Best Sellers” on Etsy. Could this be what is needed to start off my Etsy store sales? Let us hope so, as it is going to take a while to make $143 million!
Oh, I should add that I found a trick to find out the “tags” that people are using on their entries, so I used those, which are: holiday skirts, Funny Halloween, Halloween Costume, halloween gifts, guys halloween, halloween shirt mens, workout shirts, gym shirts, weight lifting shirt, pumpkin shirt, pumping iron, pumpkin shirts, halloween 2023.
Just to make things a bit easier I also started to run Etsy ads on a small budget of only $2/day for starters.
I went to Panera Bread for coffee. My goals are not materializing as quickly as I would like, but I am still looking for coins. No luck on the ground, and after parking the car I even walked over to the parking lot across the street (which is where I got my 100 steps in). I should add that when I was at Aldi a lady offered to take my cart for me and gave me a quarter in return (see photo to the left). I made sure to look at all the markings in hopes that there would be a “KWF”, but no such luck. I was a bit encouraged that the name ”Anna May Wong” was on it as it gives me hope that there might be some name or initials of someone else that are ”KWF”. I guess that I shouldn’t call it luck since it is a certainty, right?
I checked my Etsy ads just before going to bed this evening and I have a lot of views (almost 100 on one t-shirt), but no clicks. Since I am getting charged for clicks, there is no money out of my pocket, but no sales either!
