Day #0052 – (Thu., Oct. 19, 2023) – Panera Bread Breakfast

My alarm didn’t go off, so I got up late today. I had to rush to take my boy to school, so I didn’t get to my first item for the day till later this morning. Here goes:

    1. Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List” immediately upon rising.
        • #1) I am so happy and grateful for winding country roads leading past rustic farms with weathered barns and stone fences. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
        • #2) I am so happy and grateful for dandelions. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
        • #3) I am so happy and grateful for successfully doing a headstand. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
        • #4) I am so happy and grateful for making a life, not just a living. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
        • #5) I am so happy and grateful for warm firesides. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
        • #6) I am so happy and grateful for steamer clams, dripping with drawn butter. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
        • #7) I am so happy and grateful for BLT’s. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
        • #8) I am so happy and grateful for potato salad. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
        • #9) I am so happy and grateful for Porsche 911s. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
        • #10) I am so happy and grateful for an elegant stone terrace where guests drop by for baked goods and coffee. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
        • And thank you for good news that is coming to me today!

  1.
  2. Daily Mediation #1 (of 3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video). Ask “Source” for Next Step.
  3. Go through “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). I went through the “Music” Bucket List PDF quickly while at Panera Bread this morning.
  4. Create & Update “Vision Board”. I looked into CRISPR and AI and how this can help me reverse aging and get back into shape.
  5. Daily Mediation #2 (with my “air conditioner” background video). This afternoon I meditated on my “Dream Home”. It’s amazing when you feel at ONE with “The Source” and you go into that deep breathing state.
  6. Daily Mediation #3 (with my “air conditioner” background video). We had a long day at the State Fair today, but I did drift off to sleep meditating and asking, “The Source” to show me “Next Steps”.
  7. Before going to bed, do or record my “Act of Kindness”: I was nice and helpful to various people at the State Fair this evening. For example, I helped one man and his daughter find the closest bathroom.
  8. Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: The AI Automation Tool way to create a YouTube channel. Maybe this will provide us with enough money to move to Courtenay?
  9. Panera Bread coffee (optional). Yep, this morning. Had a bagel with orange scone as well!  Delish!
  10. Learn the “Garage Band” software (optional). Nope, not today!
  11. Learn “Gentle on My Mind” on guitar (optional). Nope, not today!

While at Panera Bread this morning I thought I would treat myself to a cinnamon crunch bagel with butter and an orange scone (see photo to the right) while I went over the Music Bucket List PDF.

I got to asking Bard questions about longevity and AI and CRISPER and as it turns out, the technology can potentially reverse aging. So, I could look and feel like I am in my 20’s again. I just need to ensure that I live long enough to avail myself of this technology once it becomes available. So, don’t run out in front of a car, watch what I eat, and exercise! I’m thinking of taking on the short-term goal of doing a chin up. You need to be in good shape to do that.

I finished the Kindle book “How the Secret Changed My Life” today. There is an interesting quote at page #248 of the book, just before it ends. It states, “It is never too late to change anything or everything – change the way you think, change the way you feel”.

There is this fascinating YouTube video that shows you how to use AI to generate hundreds of YouTube quickly and easily. I think I’m going to try this out when I get a chance.
