Day #0053 – (Fri., Oct. 20, 2023) – Coffee To Go!

It’s Friday and the weekend is almost here… Let’s get things started with item #1 on my “ToDo List”:

  1. Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List” immediately upon rising.
    • #1) I am so happy and grateful for alkaline batteries. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #2) I am so happy and grateful for reading an old-fashioned newspaper on Sunday mornings. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #3) I am so happy and grateful for plastic cups with a built-in straw. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #4) I am so happy and grateful for regional offerings on a menu. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #5) I am so happy and grateful for the click of a closing purse. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #6) I am so happy and grateful for library tables. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #7) I am so happy and grateful for the symmetry of roof tiles. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #8) I am so happy and grateful for a room just for creating art. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #9) I am so happy and grateful for writing on your diary in a secret code. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #10) I am so happy and grateful for hot-coal walking. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • And thank you for good news that is coming to me today!
  2. Daily Mediation #1 (of 3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video). I was quite tired after all the walking at the State Fair yesterday, so I had at least two good meditations about connecting with “The Source” before noon today.
  3. Go through “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). I finished off the Hobbies PDF while waiting to pick up my son this afternoon.
  4. Create & Update “Vision Board”. Not eating the best today but planning on doing an ab workout every day when I get back on track to get into my “Best Body”.
  5. Daily Mediation #2 (with my “air conditioner” background video). Yep! See item #2.
  6. Daily Mediation #3 (with my “air conditioner” background video). Meditate on “Coin With KWF”.
  7. Before going to bed, do or record my “Act of Kindness”: I told the cashier lady at Panera Bread that she had a great smile today.
  8. Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: Learning how to create some Taylor Swift “Shorts” videos automatically. Maybe this is the way we can earn $$$ to go to Courtenay?
  9. Panera Bread coffee (optional). Yep! Before picking my son up!
  10. Learn the “Garage Band” software (optional).
  11. Learn “Gentle on My Mind” on guitar (optional).
2023-10-20 - Cinnamon Bun

I had to pick my son up at school this afternoon, but I stopped off at Panera Bread on the way to get a coffee to go. I couldn’t resist getting a cinnamon bun either (see photo to the right). As you can tell I didn’t think of getting a photo of it till it was almost gone! I’m way off my goal for getting into my “Best Shape”, so I need to get back on track with that!

I should add that I have been thinking of getting a cinnamon bun at Panera Bread for the past couple of days. I think it might have to do with a YouTube video I saw behind why Saul was working at a CinnaBun in Omaha… 🙂

I should add that while at Panera Bread, as soon as I got out of my car, I looked for the “KWF” coin as I stepped out. I also looked for the coin in the bushes and on the sidewalk as I walked around the building and entered Panera Bread at the entrance on the other side of my car. Nope! No coins today!

I finished doing a quick walkthrough of the Hobbies PDF. Lots of great ideas to add to my Dream/Bucket List. I’m going to need to live 100+ years in order to do everything that I have planned.
