Day #0056 – (Mon., Oct. 23, 2023) – Chinese Food

Well, it’s Monday, the start of a normal work week to those who aren’t retired like me. Let’s get things started today with item #1 on my “ToDo List”:

  1. Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List” immediately upon rising.
    • #1) I am so happy and grateful for the times when you feel you’re the only two people in the world. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #2) I am so happy and grateful for leaves starting to turn. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #3) I am so happy and grateful for the unique smell of new Play-Doh. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #4) I am so happy and grateful for an orderly kitchen. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #5) I am so happy and grateful for words like forthwith. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #6) I am so happy and grateful for morning coffee and juice brought to the guest rooms. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #7) I am so happy and grateful for a beautiful ferry ride. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #8) I am so happy and grateful for cats in between ripples of blankets. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #9) I am so happy and grateful for people who wrap presents instead of using gift bags. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #10) I am so happy and grateful for baking soda deodorant and detergent. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • And thank you for good news that is coming to me today!
  2. Daily Mediation #1 (of 3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video). I tried to do this early today, but my mind would not settle. Not sure if it’s because I’m sick or not. I will try later today.
  3. Go through “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). I read the “Personal Development” PDF while having Chinese Food today!
  4. Create & Update “Vision Board”. Nope, not today! Can I use “potential” COVID as an excuse?
  5. Daily Mediation #2 (with my “air conditioner” background video). NOPE!
  6. Daily Mediation #3 (with my “air conditioner” background video). Meditate on “Coin With KWF”? NOPE! I did ask “The Source” about how to proceed with the “Law of Attraction” as I drifted off to sleep.
  7. Before going to bed, do or record my “Act of Kindness”: I was helpful and nice to the lady who served me Chinese Food today. Does that count?
  8. Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: I don’t have COVID, yet…
  9. Panera Bread coffee (optional). Yep, stopped off this afternoon.
  10. Learn the “Garage Band” software (optional). Nope!
  11. Learn “Gentle on My Mind” on guitar (optional). Nope!
2023-10-23 - Chinese Food

I went to the doctor today to see if what I have is COVID. They “swabbed” me and sent it off to the lab. I should know in a day or two.

I thought I would try something a bit different today so I went for Chinese Food (see photo to the right). I read through the “Personal Development” PDF as I ate away.

After Chinese Food I stopped off at Panera Bread for my “daily” cup of coffee, even though I have missed a day or so recently. I finished off the “Personal Development” PDF while I was there. I should add that I did park the car at the entrance, looked for the “KWF” coin, and walked around the building looking for the “KWF” coin as well (see photo to the left). No where in sight. I’m missing something when it comes to attracting this money so I’m going to have to dig deeper into the “why”.

I have been making progress in regards to the creation of YouTube videos I should add. I see that trending topics are Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, and Jennifer Aniston are bit, so I’m looking into creating videos for these topics. I’ve already tried a few out that are minimally successful, but nothing has gone ‘Viral”.
