Well here it is, the end of another “work week”! Up first for today? You got it… Let’s do item #1 on my “ToDo List”:
- Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List” immediately upon rising.
- #1) I am so happy and grateful for baskets of sticky buns, cornbread, brioches, and seed-capped rolls. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #2) I am so happy and grateful for ultramarine blue. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #3) I am so happy and grateful for the incredibly elated feeling on a college campus after a major sports victory. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #4) I am so happy and grateful for cherry pie. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #5) I am so happy and grateful for coconut cream pie. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #6) I am so happy and grateful for writing a book with Bard. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #7) I am so happy and grateful for the call and response of two birds. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #8) I am so happy and grateful for listening to the auctioneer. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #9) I am so happy and grateful for pulling the curtains, putting on some music, serving your favorite cocktails, and dreaming about what it must have been like to sail to Europe a long time ago. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #10) I am so happy and grateful for finding a drive-in movie and watching from behind the fence. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- And thank you for good news that is coming to me today!
- Daily Mediation #1 (of 3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video). I meditated early this morning, but not mid-day.
- Go through “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). “Vocation” PDF at Panera Bread.
- Create & Update “Vision Board”. I’ve been thinking more about how to eat to get into shape to live to 100!
- Daily Mediation #2 (with my “air conditioner” background video). Meditate on getting our “Dream Home” in Courtenay. Not really today…
- Daily Mediation #3 (with my “air conditioner” background video). Meditate on finding the “Coin With KWF”, as a first step to visualizing $$$. Not really today…
- Before going to bed, do or record my “Act of Kindness”: I’m into the habit, so I probably did something nice for a stranger today, but I can’t think of it right now. I will send out an extra email to a teacher tomorrow to be sure!
- Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: I put up a Taylor Swift video that was similar to the “Where’s Waldo” cartoon strip. It did quite well.
- Panera Bread coffee (optional). I stopped by Panera Bread on the way to the gym.
I just finished up my morning “Thank You/Gratitude” list and my eyes focused on the last part. “And thank you for good news that is coming to me today!” Hmmm… I’m going to have to pay attention to this as I don’t recall any good news coming. It probably has but I’ve not been paying attention. Not today!
I went to Panera Bread this morning for a quick session before heading to the gym. The layout here at the Chapel Hill Panera Bread is that there are some booths to the back near the soda fountain and bathrooms. I was able to get the tiny table across from them today (see photo to the right). It had a beautiful view of the “wall”… 🙂
As I sipped on my “light roast” coffee with almond milk and one Splenda, I went through the “Vocation” PDF. I see that there is a section on imaging the online job you would like. I suppose earning $$$ via YouTube is my preferred way, especially the “Faceless Automation” way…
When I go through all these PDF’s, I realize that there are certainly a lot of things that I would like to do in life, but quite a few of them require a lot of money. I’m working hard on getting that $143 million, but I can’t even seem to manifest a “KWF” coin into my life, so I need a breakthrough…
One thing that seems to be working well is the manifestation of parking spots. In fact, in a lot of cases I don’t really ask for them, but I will find one spot empty at Panera Bread, or the gym, or “wherever”. Nice… Now if I could only do that with money…
I went to the gym for a quick workout after Panera Bread. I did some ab work. I’d like to be able to do ab work each day as this would help prevent sagging skin in the gut once I lose weight.
