It’s Saturday and life is good! First up today, my “ToDo List”:

  1. Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List” immediately upon rising.

    • #7) I am so happy and grateful for finding the “KWF Coin”. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #8) I am so happy and grateful for getting $143 Million. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #9) I am so happy and grateful for my shins getting back to normal. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #10) I am so happy and grateful for tasty foods. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • And thank you for good news that is coming to me today!
  2. Daily Mediation #1 (of 3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video). I didn’t use the “air conditioner” video this morning, but I did ask “The Source” about next steps in my life.
  3. Go through “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). I quickly went through my “Contributions” PDF.
  4. Create & Update “Vision Board”. I’ve been thinking of making some minestrone soup.
  5. Daily Mediation #2 (with my “air conditioner” background video). Meditate on getting our “Dream Home” in Courtenay. Nope.
  6. Daily Mediation #3 (with my “air conditioner” background video). Meditate on finding the “Coin With KWF”, as a first step to visualizing $$$. Nope.
  7. Before going to bed, do or record my “Act of Kindness”: For yesterday, I sent a thank you email to Michelle Earnst, Lincoln Academy, Pleasant Grove, Utah.
  8. Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: The Canva quiz videos I am making.
  9. Blessing my food before I eat it: I keep forgetting to do this…
  10. Panera Bread coffee (optional). Yep!

My wife took our son to a Halloween “Trunk & Treat” at the community center, so I got the chance to go to Panera Bread this evening. Instead of coffee I got a Honey Ginseng Herbal Tea with some honey (see photo to the left). I got the table in the corner as you can see in the photo to the right with a view of our van in the background. I also quickly went through my “Contributions” PDF while I “sipped” away. They weren’t there too long, so today’s session at Panera Bread was rather limited.

I’ve gotten pretty good at creating quizzes with Canva. I saw a YouTube video on this subject and tried it out, and it works fantastic! I’ve created quizzes on Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, and dogs. They look good, but I can’t say that I’m getting the “viral” effect that I was looking for.

I’ve been getting off my diet and am finding it hard to be motivated these days. I thought back to weeks ago when I was eating minestrone soup. Maybe I need to make some more of that? Will that jumpstart my desire to get back into shape and live to be 100?
