Well here it is, Monday morning! Let’s get things started with item #1 on my “ToDo List”:
- Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List” immediately upon rising.
- #1) I am so happy and grateful for farm trucks chugging into the square with loads of fruits and vegetables. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #2) I am so happy and grateful for forming a “mind map” from a key concept. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #3) I am so happy and grateful for tucking kids in for the night. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #4) I am so happy and grateful for selling lemonade from a big earthenware crock set up on a card table on the sidewalk. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #5) I am so happy and grateful for making a birthday special. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #6) I am so happy and grateful for sleepaway camp. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #7) I am so happy and grateful for archaeology buffs. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #8) I am so happy and grateful for children singing. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #9) I am so happy and grateful for the one song you can play on guitar. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #10) I am so happy and grateful for the splendor of fall. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- And thank you for good news that is coming to me today!
- Dieting Thoughts: I am losing weight through (a) Intermittent Fasting, (b) Non-Fat Foods, (c) <2000 Calories, (d) Daily Exercises: These are great thoughts to have to start off the day. It keeps you motivated.
- Daily Mediations (3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video if possible). (a) Ask “Source” for Next Step, (b) “Dream Home” in Courtenay, and (c) “KWF Coin”. I meditated quite a few times today, and my meditation seems to be focusing on asking “The Source” what the next steps in my life should be. According to Abraham, “The Source” knows what I need to develop and will bring it into my life if I ask and believe.
- Bless Food (Before Eating): I’ve got to get better on this.
- Update “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). Skipped today.
- Update “Vision Board” (Add/Remove/Update). I did have quite a bit of minestrone soup and ate well today. A key ingredient to living to be 100+ years old.
- Before going to bed, do or record my “Act of Kindness”: Not today… I need to do double tomorrow.
- Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: I’ve been looking into AI generated spokespeople and am thinking of creating a news channel.
Today is a teacher workday so both kids are home. I went for an allergy shot this morning but was too tired on the drive home to take a trip to Panera Bread for a coffee. I went right to bed when I got home.
I did venture out to Panera Bread this afternoon and grabbed a cup of coffee. They have a new setup now (see photo to the left). They used to have the coffee in the middle, with the sugars and creams on the left, and the tea bags on the right. As you can see, they now have the coffee on the left, and you can pick up the sugars and creams as you make your way to the right. This is a pretty good arrangement now as before people used to be waiting behind someone in front of you to get what you needed. Now you can pretty well get what you need in an assembly line fashion. I wonder who came up with this idea? For some reason I think it was an outsider as I have never seen anyone at Panera Bread who was this forward thinking. I told you in the past how they were constantly out of Splenda, right?
A thought came to mind as I was at Panera Bread this afternoon. I need to log into my “Law of Attraction” website and do some updates and editing of the site there. In this way I will have less to do when I get home. I do worry about someone taking my password, but I do have backups of the site if anything like this happens, and there is not financial data involved after all. I also need to get back into looking at the various “checks to the Universe” and other papers that I have been keeping on the inside of my Kindle.
I can feel myself getting off track in regard to this “Law of Attraction” thing. I’m not stopping my desire to implement it, just getting a bit bogged down into seeing the manifestations that I’m asking for. I feel that I’m missing something key… I just need to find it…
For example, I watched a couple of videos on overcoming trauma with the “Law of Attraction”. Could it be that my regrets or “thinking back” to past events is preventing me from living a good life and looking forward?
