Day #0064 – (Tue., Oct. 31, 2023) – Halloween

Happy Halloween! Let’s get things started with item #1 on my “ToDo List” before the goblins come out to play later in the day:

  1. Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List” immediately upon rising.
    • #1) I am so happy and grateful for finding clarity. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #2) I am so happy and grateful for building a model car. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #3) I am so happy and grateful for a prepaid gasoline or phone card. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #4) I am so happy and grateful for friendliness. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #5) I am so happy and grateful for mahogany bowls from Hawaii. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #6) I am so happy and grateful for turning on the porch light to watch an evening snow sift down. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #7) I am so happy and grateful for pot roast/mashed potato meals. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #8) I am so happy and grateful for the calm before the storm. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #9) I am so happy and grateful for buying used textbooks at a college bookstore. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #10) I am so happy and grateful for when your hair stays where you want it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • And thank you for good news that is coming to me today!
  2. Dieting Thoughts: I am losing weight through (a) Intermittent Fasting, (b) Non-Fat Foods, (c) <2000 Calories, (d) Daily Exercises: Taking this all in and formulating a comprehensive plan. I have not been feeling well lately so the daily exercises have been lacking.
  3. Daily Mediations (3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video if possible). (a) Ask “Source” for Next Step, (b) “Dream Home” in Courtenay, and (c) “KWF Coin”. I had quite a few meditations today. I’m focusing more on asking the source for “Next Steps” as I feel kind of stuck on my manifestations as of late.
  4. Bless Food (Before Eating): I just keep forgetting…
  5. Update “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). Nope.
  6. Update “Vision Board” (Add/Remove/Update). Nope, other than more minestrone soup!
  7. Before going to bed, do or record my “Act of Kindness”: I sent out two “thank you” emails today to make up for the “Act of Kindness” I missed yesterday. The first was to Kate Baber, a gifted teacher in the Sarasota County, Florida. The second email went to Susan Bank, 2nd grade teacher at Venice Elementary School.
  8. Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: Minestrone Soup!

I’ve been watching YouTube videos about the “Law of Attraction” and Abraham Hicks, but I think I might need a more structured approach to finding why my manifestations are not being realized, at least as far as I can see now. I know, be patient, realize that they are already forming, etc… Maybe my attitude adjustment on the subject is what is needed.

At any rate, to help with this “more structured approach” I decided to purchase a Kindle book by Dr. Tara Smart entitled “The Source: The Secrets of the Universe, the Science of the Brain”. She is a MD and PHD from MIT who believes in the “Law of Attraction”, so it should be a fascinating read. So, I just purchased it and I see it is in my Kindle library right now ready to consume…

I logged into my website from my Kindle, so it should be available for me to use when I am on the wi-fi at Panera Bread now…

I listened to this video about “Embracing Now” by Abraham Hicks. Interesting concepts. I think I will create a video out of this for my YouTube channel. Maybe incorporate some of the new AI tools I’ve been seeing.

It was PACKED at Panera Bread this afternoon when I went there for a coffee. I’m not sure why, other than the fact that the note on their door said they were closing early due to Halloween. As I got out of the car a few birds greeted me (see photo to the right), but no coins. It’s getting harder to see coins on the ground due to all the falling leaves.

One accomplishment for today was that I went through all the daily notes of “The Magic” that I had in my Word document and put them in this website. Now they are all in one place! With weekly backups, all this info is secure now!
