  3. Daily Mediations (3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video if possible). (a) Ask “Source” for Next Step, (b) “Dream Home” in Courtenay, and (c) “KWF Coin”. Trying to practice “mindfulness” these days.
  4. Bless Food (Before Eating): Getting better at this.
  5. Update “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). Not today.
  6. Update “Vision Board” (Add/Remove/Update). Not today.
  7. Before going to bed, do or record my “Act of Kindness”: A guy in the Aldi parking lot was looking for someone who had problem walking. I drove my car around looking for them but could not find them. He thanked me!
  8. Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: I’m getting back on track to implementing more of the “Law of Attraction” into my life.
2023-11-05 - Lost Hat

I woke up this morning not knowing if I was going to feel good or bad today, so I thought I had better go get groceries in case I was “wiped out” later in the day. On the way to Aldi I took a bit of a detour to Panera Bread and grabbed a cup of coffee. I rounded the building, and didn’t find any coins, but I did see where someone lost their hat as they were exiting their car (see photo to the right).

I using a new AI tool called “KLAP” which takes YouTube videos and splits them into smaller YouTube ready “Shorts” videos. I do still have to edit them a bit as the start and ending are not always right, but it’s something. This helps me get some more videos for my Facebook “Survival” page.

As you know, I’ve been reading the book “The Source”, by Dr. Tara Swart. I thought I would add a bit more details to this info by watching a video of her talking about it, so I came across this:

Here are a few notes:

7:33 – Most of the neuroscientists she knows don’t watch the news. The portion of bad news is too much, and this affects your brain. Take charge of what you are feeding your brain.

8:28 – If you watch too much news, and too much negativity, you are wiring these deeper into your brain.

49:28 – Meditating had a very quick beneficial and positive effect!

50:43 – If you want to get better at manifesting things into your life and achieving your goals, I can say this with 100% certainty, the #1 thing is “SLEEP”!!!  When we are asleep, we are processing our memories and out emotions. Then you need #2, add this together with visualization and looking at your “Vision Board” the last thing at night, you are priming your brain before you go to sleep. If you can your subconscious to process the things on your vision board to prioritize over other non-necessary daily tasks.

53:00 – I no longer sit down and formally meditate, but I did this for years. I got to the point where I would be MINDFUL, which is like meditating. I would pay attention and things would start to work together more, and the making of the “quilt” would work throughout the day.

55:41 – It’s a higher form of evolution to not meditate anymore but incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine.

59:22 – Tara LOVES a scary movie!!!

1:02:11 – She has an “Action Board” on her phone, but the one by her bed is the most precious one as it shows her what she is capable of.

1:10:37 – Some people have different “Action Boards”, and this works for them. Dr. Tara Swart has one board, but it is split up into different “sections”, such as one for work. Sometimes I will have the “sections” next to each other as these items are interconnected. “Love” is always on the top. “Home” is foundational, so it is always on the bottom. It doesn’t have to make sense to anyone else, but you will realize what is going on.

1:12:44 – I don’t crowd my board up too much as this means a “hectic” life and I don’t want my life like that. I want to be calm when I look at my board, not overwhelmed. There might be things that I have not imagined yet, and I want to leave space for them.

1:15:00 – How long should you give your “Action Board” a try? Dr. Tara Swart recommends doing a yearly “Action Board”. If there are “quick wins” on your board, do them first as this will give you evidence that this works! Some things will naturally take longer. An “Action Board” is not the only way you can manifest, for example, you can make a list.

1:19:00 – Some people will do “Action Boards” that have images that do not “Glue Them Down”. There is only one reason you would do this and that is because you don’t feel that you deserve them. It is important that you feel you deserve things.

1:21:00 – Do you feel confident enough to share your “Action Board”? It can be inspiration for others, but it may be that others can be a conduit for your dreams coming true…they might introduce you to someone.

1:24:50 – The more you have hopes and dreams, the more you need supportive people in your life to make it happen.

1:27:00 – Sleep is important! Hydration is important as your brain needs water! Eat a plant-based diet, and “dark foods” (such as coffee, dark berries, dark chocolate, broccoli, eggplant skin, etc.) Also, positive meaning social relationships. They contribute to manifestation and successful aging.

1:31:00 – Consider a monthly check-in with people you love and haven’t seen in a long while.

1:34:46 – In regard to manifesting, what if you don’t know what you don’t want? Ask yourself, how would you like your life to feel? Has your life panned out as you always thought it would? If not, this leaves open some ideas for manifestation. What things did you want in the past. If you are still confused, journalling is the way to untangle these thoughts.

1:38:14 – Although she does an “Action Board” annually, she struggles to do a 5- or 10-year plan.

1:39:21 – Life can through things at you that you had no idea were coming. As such, I now prefer to not have such a fixed plan so I can take advantage of opportunities.

1:54:00 – Grief & manifestation. You should view grief as an opportunity to grow.

1:57:57 – How to forgive yourself as you did the best you knew of at the time. These things made you who you are today.

2:00:45 – Podcast is “Reinvent Yourself With Dr. Tara”.
