  1. Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List” immediately upon rising.

    • #10) I am so happy and grateful for traveling in the off-season. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • And thank you for good news that is coming to me today!
  2. Dieting Thoughts: I am losing weight through (a) Intermittent Fasting, (b) Non-Fat Foods, (c) <2000 Calories, (d) Daily Exercises: I’ve been eating pretty good as of late, and daily rowing on the rowing machine.
  3. Daily Mediations (3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video if possible). (a) Ask “Source” for Next Step, (b) “Dream Home” in Courtenay, and (c) “KWF Coin”. During my meditation I got the idea to IM Emerson (see below for more details).
  4. Bless Food (Before Eating): Still don’t have the habit of this yet…
  5. Update “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). I finished off my quick view of the last two PDF’s as I was waiting at Coastal this morning (see below for more details).
  6. Update “Vision Board” (Add/Remove/Update). I edited another Mark Weins video (see below for details).
  7. Before going to bed, do or record my “Act of Kindness”: I was very nice to Denise, the lady at Coastal who helped me out (see details below).
  8. Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: Yep, but inside the envelope as I’m still not feeling 100%.

I was up real early this morning and edited the Mark Wiens video about Tel Aviv, and will be adding that to my “Vision/Action” Board.

It’s Day #5 of the ChatGPT 30-Day Plan, and my task for today is write down the things that I am grateful for. Well, I do this every day and if you look at today’s notes you will see my list for today!

2023-11-10 - Coastal Coffee

The only PDF’s that I need to quickly go through are “Just For Fun” and “Summer”. Once I quickly go through these, I’ve done them all, and can go back and read these PDF’s in greater detail and add them to my “Dream/Bucket List” board.

I dropped off at Panera Bread for a coffee this morning, and then went to Coastal to deposit a check that I received from Australia. I passed by their coffee display (see photo to the right) with Panera Bread coffee in hand as I went into see a rep to deposit the check. While here, as the forms were being processed, I finished my quick review of the last two PDF’s on my list (see above).

As I was driving home from Aldi a thought came to mind. I will create an affirmation as to why I deserve the things I am manifesting. I will say this early in the morning to start the day off well! I will also watch my “Vision/Action” video in the evening before going to bed.

As I drifted off to nap this afternoon, I meditated. I focused on the “air conditioner” sound on my iPhone, my breathing, and drifted off with thoughts of happiness and contentment that I was where I was supposed to be. Just before I awoke, I had thoughts of IMing an ole’ friend I used to stay with in Calgary, so I did… Here’s what I said: “Hi <EA>. It’s <me> from the ole’ days in the WCG in Calgary. Remember me? I lived with you and <JF> for a while. I see you are married now. I’m married with two kids now as well. Hope all is well? Let’s see if this is one of those “soft, gentle thoughts” that Abraham says I am to act upon.

I also decided to add a question/answer to either Bard or ChatGPT to my morning ritual! You’ll see it in the mix tomorrow… 🙂
