It’s Saturday! Let’s get things started with item #1 on my “ToDo List”:
- Morning affirmation, immediately upon rising: “I am extremely deserving of the things that I am manifesting because I have and always have had a good heart. I want the best for others and want for things to work out well for everyone. Even with the miserable time with “LF”, and how he took advantage of my kindness, I wanted the best for him. I don’t have a great desire for wealth, other than getting a nice home and traveling, and will use the rest of the money to benefit and help others. So, taking this into account, if ANYONE is deserving of these things I am manifesting, it is ME“! I cannot agree more!

I had a great meditation this afternoon, focusing on how good I feel and just letting “The Source” do it’s thing, despite my cold…

- Update “Vision Board” (Add/Remove/Update). Working on photos for my “Dream Home”.
- Before going to bed, do or record my “Act of Kindness”: I was really nice to the people at Panera Bread and got the door for a number of them.
- Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: I had to find my rock, it fell below the bed. But yes, I did do this this evening, being thankful for finding out about the “Law of Attraction” and gradually figuring it out… 🙂
Ask Bard: Good morning Bard. As I start off this Saturday I was wondering if there is one particular thing that Abraham Hicks says that I should focus on in order to manifest into my life the things that I’m dreaming about?
Bard Replied: According to Abraham Hicks, the most important thing to focus on in order to manifest your dreams is to feel good. This means focusing on your positive emotions and intentions, and letting go of any negative thoughts or beliefs. When you feel good, you are in alignment with the Law of Attraction, which states that you attract what you focus on.
Hicks suggests that you start by creating a “feeling list” of all the things that make you feel good. This could include things like love, happiness, peace, joy, and gratitude. Once you have your list, make a commitment to focus on these feelings every day. You can do this by meditating on them, repeating them to yourself, or simply paying attention to them when they arise.
In addition to focusing on your positive emotions, Hicks also suggests that you take action towards your dreams. This could involve setting goals, taking steps to achieve those goals, and surrounding yourself with supportive people. However, Hicks emphasizes that taking action is not enough on its own. You must also maintain a positive mindset in order to manifest your dreams.
I was not feeling 100%, but I went to Panera Bread to pick up some coffee around noon today. There is a big football game this evening, so the streets were packed. When I got home, I took a couple of capsules of Resveratrol (see photo to the right) with my coffee! This is the first time I’ve taken this supplement. They say it will help me to live to be 100+ years old!
Here’s an interesting Abraham Hicks video about the fact that we are here to be creators, and that this creation process will never end, so we need to start enjoying the process. Here are a few key points:
2:33 – You are not ever going to get it done.
5:00 – You have to accept that it is never done. You exist because you are creating and creating is life.
5:50 – You are doing this because of the feeling of being a creator. You have to have something that you are focused upon to create.
6:00 – It is so delicious to be a creator, and you will never stop being that!
6:15 – Start enjoying your journey on the way to your never-ending journey.
