Day #0080 – (Thu., Nov. 16, 2023) – Ikaria Honey

Welcome to Thursday. Let’s get things rolling with item #1 on my “ToDo List”:

  1. Morning affirmation (immediately upon rising): “I am extremely deserving of the things that I am manifesting because I have and always have had a good heart. I want the best for others and want for things to work out well for everyone. Even when people were horrible to me, I tried to look beyond this and resolve issues so that all could live in peace. I don’t have a great desire for wealth, other than getting a nice home and traveling, and will use the rest of the money to benefit and help others. So, taking this into account, if ANYONE is deserving of these things I am manifesting, it is ME“! Yes sir’ee Bob!
  2. Ask Bard (or ChatGPT) the question of the day and implement the response. I asked the question from a police officer’s point of view. Thought that would be interesting. See the reply below:
  3. Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List”:
    • #1) I am so happy and grateful for a pond or lake cupped in a hollow among the green hills. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #2) I am so happy and grateful for the refrigerator egg holder. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #3) I am so happy and grateful for wholesale boxes of Hershey bars, Caramellos, and Tootsie Rolls. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #4) I am so happy and grateful for something that is one of a kind. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #5) I am so happy and grateful for allowing every guest to hang an ornament on your Christmas tree. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #6) I am so happy and grateful for mallards skimming low over the sea. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #7) I am so happy and grateful for kicking off your shoes and splashing your feet in a pool. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #8) I am so happy and grateful for listening to the lowing of cattle in a nearby field. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #9) I am so happy and grateful for the prow of a ship. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #10) I am so happy and grateful for freshly delivered French bread. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • And thank you for good news that is coming to me today!
  4. Positive Dieting Thoughts for the Day: I am losing weight through (a) Intermittent Fasting, (b) Non-Fat Foods, (c) <2000 Calories, (d) Daily Exercises: I finished off my round of Z-Pac last night, but I’m not 100% today… What’s up with that?
  5. Take Resveratrol: Yes, tonight.
  6. Put On Shin Cream: Yes, tonight.
  7. Bless Food (Before Eating): Not there just yet.
  8. Daily Mediations (3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video if possible). (a) Ask “Source” for Next Step, (b) “Dream Home” in Courtenay, and (c) “KWF Coin”. I’m still meditating just before I fall asleep.
  9. Update “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). Nope, not today.
  10. Update “Vision Board” (Add/Remove/Update). We had a walkthrough of “Grey Gables” in Courtenay with Amanda today. You can see more details on this walkthrough below.
  11. This evening do or record my “Act of Kindness”: I’m falling behind on this.
  12. Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: Yep. I thought I was feeling better, so that was my one main blessing, but I’m still not 100% as I write this. Go figure…

Ask Bard: I am a police officer. My boss wants me to arrest a guy down the road who has been charged with murder. What would Abraham Hicks say I should do?

Bard’s Reply: Abraham Hicks, an American spiritual teacher, emphasized the power of positive thoughts and feelings in shaping one’s reality. In the context of your situation as a police officer, his teachings would suggest that you focus on your own well-being and maintain a positive mindset while carrying out your duties.

Here are some specific things you could do to apply Abraham Hicks’ principles in your situation:

  1. Maintain a calm and centered state of mind. This will help you to make clear and rational decisions, which is essential in a potentially volatile situation.
  2. Focus on your intention to uphold the law and protect the community. This will help you to stay motivated and avoid getting caught up in negative emotions.
  3. Visualize a successful outcome. Imagine yourself apprehending the suspect without incident and bringing him to justice. This will help you to believe in the possibility of a positive resolution.
  4. Practice gratitude. Take a moment to appreciate the opportunity to serve your community and make a difference in the world. This will help you to stay grounded and focused on the positive aspects of your work.

Remember, Abraham Hicks’ teachings emphasize that your thoughts and feelings create your reality. By focusing on positive thoughts and intentions, you can increase your chances of success in any situation, including your current one.

Opinion: I find it interesting that nothing is said about the fact that you should not apprehend this person. It does indicate that it’s okay to perform your daily duties as a police officer? I need to dig deeper on this type of subject matter.

As I was getting my allergy shot this morning I went through my “10 main blessings”, and I also read a bit of “The Source”. I created a new page on this website to capture my thoughts from this book, “The Source“.

I went to Panera Bread for a coffee this afternoon. As you can see in the photo to the right, they do have honey available, but it is just regular honey, not the Ikaria honey that is supposedly the world’s best. This Ikaria honey is apparently raw and not pasteurized and was mentioned on the “Blue Zones” documentary I have been watching on Netflix as of late.

Later this afternoon we had a walkthrough of the “Gray Gables” house in Courtenay, BC. They already have an offer, but because it was so low, I think they wanted us to see it and perhaps overbid it. A bit too expensive for our budget right now, but a beautiful house.

This evening I stopped off at Walmart to pick up some big bags of lettuce, canned chicken and mixed chilli beans, and other supplies. I’m going to try to eat like this for a few days and see how my weight responds.

I’ve been sick so I haven’t really been doing very well with the agenda that Bard outlined for me. To be honest with you, I forgot all about it, perhaps because I’m stick… I’m going to add it to my daily things to do along with my daily blessings so that I don’t forget tomorrow and moving forward.
