Good & Happy Thursday everyone! On to item #1 on my “ToDo List”:
- Morning affirmation (immediately upon rising): “I am extremely deserving of the things that I am manifesting because I have and always have had a good heart. I want the best for others and want for things to work out well for everyone. Even when people were horrible to me, I tried to look beyond this and resolve issues so that all could live in peace. I don’t have a great desire for wealth, other than getting a nice home and traveling, and will use the rest of the money to benefit and help others. So, taking this into account, if ANYONE is deserving of these things I am manifesting, it is ME“! Yes.
- Ask Bard (or ChatGPT) the question of the day and implement the response. I thought that it would be interesting to ask Abraham Hicks how to develop an attitude like the current Mike Tyson. You can see the interesting response below.
- Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List”:
- #1) I am so happy and grateful for sending the sheets out to the laundry. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #2) I am so happy and grateful for the riverboat era. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Ask Bard: According to Abraham Hicks, if someone was going to create a 30-day plan in order to develop the personality that mike tyson has today, what would they do each day to achieve this at the end of 30 days?
Bard’s Reply: While Abraham Hicks’ teachings focus on manifesting positive experiences and emotions, there are certain principles from his philosophy that could be applied to developing a personality similar to Mike Tyson’s current calm and peaceful demeanor. Here’s a possible 30-day plan that incorporates these principles:
Week 1: Cultivating Self-Awareness
- Day 1-5: Practice mindfulness meditation. Dedicate 10-15 minutes each day to quiet your mind and observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment. This will help you gain a deeper understanding of your inner state and identify any patterns or triggers that contribute to negative emotions.
- Day 6-10: Engage in journaling. Write down your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without inhibition. This will allow you to express your emotions freely and gain insights into your beliefs and underlying motivations.
Week 2: Embracing Forgiveness and Compassion
- Day 11-15: Practice forgiveness exercises. Reflect on any past hurts or grievances that still hold you back. Choose to forgive those who have wronged you, not for their sake, but for your own inner peace.
- Day 16-20: Cultivate compassion. Engage in acts of kindness, whether it’s helping a neighbor, volunteering for a cause you care about, or simply offering a listening ear to a friend. Compassion can help shift your focus away from negativity and towards positive actions.
Week 3: Developing Self-Discipline and Self-Care
- Day 21-25: Establish healthy habits. Commit to a regular exercise routine, eat nutritious meals, and prioritize adequate sleep. These habits will contribute to your overall well-being and enhance your ability to manage stress and emotions.
- Day 26-30: Practice self-acceptance. Acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses without judgment. Embrace your flaws and imperfections, and focus on your personal growth and development.
Remember, developing a new personality takes time, effort, and consistent practice. Be patient with yourself and celebrate your progress along the way.
I slept much better last night, so I think the Prednisone is doing its job. Still not 100% but feeling much better. Hopefully I’ll be on amends in no time.
I went to get my allergy shot this morning, but since I’m on Prednisone they would not give it to me. While I was there, I got the chance to do a “looksie” at the parking lot (see photo to the right). Pretty, with the fall leaves, but no coins, which is what I was really looking for.
The Prednisone is starting to do it’s job, so I’m feeling a whole lot better. I’m hoping that in a couple of days I will be up and running, and ready to get back to manifesting and visualizing.
It looks like they took our dream home in Courtenay, “Gray Gables”, off the market. I know that the lady was upset that a recent offer came in too low, so she raised the price, and now it is gone… Maybe this will work in our favor and it will be there for us when we are ready to buy it? Time will tell…
