Good Monday Morning everyone! Let’s get things started with item #1 on my “ToDo List”:
- Morning affirmation (immediately upon rising): “I am extremely deserving of the things that I am manifesting because I have and always have had a good heart. I want the best for others and want for things to work out well for everyone. Even when people were horrible to me, I tried to look beyond this and resolve issues so that all could live in peace. I don’t have a great desire for wealth, other than getting a nice home and traveling, and will use the rest of the money to benefit and help others. So, taking this into account, if ANYONE is deserving of these things I am manifesting, it is ME“! Yes.
- Ask Bard (or ChatGPT) the question of the day and implement the response. What does Abraham Hicks say about “Joy”? (see answer below).
- Create my “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List”:
- #1) I am so happy and grateful for piling tea sandwiches in a pyramid. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #2) I am so happy and grateful for deep set window sills. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- #3) I am so happy and grateful for overcoming scaredness. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

- Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: Rats, forgot!
I woke up numerous times this morning and turned over and went right back to bed. Here it is 11:23 am and I just got up. Time to record my thoughts in today’s LoA.Codes journal entry. So, each time that I woke up, the three letter word “Joy” came to my mind. Like I said, I just turned over and went right back to bed, and when I woke up again, the same word came to mind. This reminded me of the Abraham Hicks video I saw just before I went to bed last night. I think “Joy” is the key to manifesting my desires, and “The Source” wants me to understand that loud and clear!
Ask Bard: What does Abraham Hicks say about “Joy”?
Bard’s Reply: Abraham Hicks, a source of spiritual guidance channeled through Esther Hicks, emphasizes the importance of joy and its role in creating a fulfilling and abundant life. They believe that joy is our natural state of being and that we can access it by aligning our thoughts and feelings with the Law of Attraction.
According to Abraham Hicks, joy is not something to be sought externally; it is an inner state that we can cultivate through conscious awareness and positive thinking. They teach that we are all vibrational beings, and our thoughts and emotions emit a certain frequency. When we focus on positive thoughts and emotions, we attract more positive experiences into our lives.
To experience more joy, Abraham Hicks suggests the following practices:
- Focus on gratitude: Expressing gratitude for the good things in your life raises your vibrational frequency and attracts more positive experiences.
- Forgive yourself and others: Holding on to resentment and anger lowers your vibration and blocks joy from flowing into your life.
- Practice non-judgment: Judging yourself and others creates negativity and hinders your ability to experience joy.
- Embrace your emotions: Allow yourself to feel your emotions, both positive and negative, without judgment. Emotional release is essential for maintaining a healthy emotional state.
- Live in the present moment: Dwelling on the past or worrying about the future creates stress and anxiety, which are incompatible with joy.
- Align with your Source: Connect with your inner guidance, which Abraham Hicks refers to as your Source or Inner Being. This connection can bring a sense of peace, clarity, and joy.
- Practice mindfulness: Be mindful of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Mindfulness helps you identify and shift negative patterns that may be blocking your joy.
- Find activities that bring you joy: Engage in activities that bring you genuine happiness and fulfillment, whether it’s hobbies, spending time in nature, or connecting with loved ones.
Abraham Hicks reminds us that joy is our natural state of being, and we have the power to choose it every day. By aligning our thoughts and actions with the principles of joy, we can create a life filled with abundance, happiness, and fulfillment.
Both kids are home sick today. I went to Panera Bread around noon today for my “daily cup of joe”. There is lady cashier who is sometimes there at this time, and she usually has a large empty cup ready to hand to me as soon as she sees me. She realizes that I’m on the “Sip Club” and usually get a coffee with nothing else… 🙂 For an extra “something” this morning I thought I would have my regular coffee blend with almond milk, but with an added “Honey Ginseng” tea bag (see photo to the right). Will this help me to reach 100+ years old? Hope so…
I’ve been listening to an Abraham Hicks video that is really hitting home this evening… The 1:41 point of this video is particularly interesting… Too many Facebook Friends. 4:28 Meditate every day. 6:45 several things on universe side happened. 7:31 is key. Write a photo grid like this every day. 8:55 chill out! 10:37 if you are happy, you are ready! 11:41 Go General! 14:15 – It’s not too much for the Law of Attraction to manage. I want to record these thoughts here and explore them more tomorrow.
