It’s Monday! Let’s get things off to a running start for the work week with item #1 on my “ToDo List”:
- Morning affirmation (immediately upon rising): “I am extremely deserving of the things that I am manifesting because I have and always have had a good heart. I want the best for others and want for things to work out well for everyone. Even when people were horrible to me, I tried to look beyond this and resolve issues so that all could live in peace. I don’t have a great desire for wealth, other than getting a nice home and traveling, and will use the rest of the money to benefit and help others. So, taking this into account, if ANYONE is deserving of these things I am manifesting, it is ME“! 11:14 am.
- Ask Bard (or ChatGPT) the question of the day and implement the response. Not today.

- Bard 30-Day Plan: In looking back over the past month of this journey, I wish that I had not been so sick so that I could have focused more on the actionable items. Anyway, at least I did complete this 30-day journey and I’m very happy about that.

- Positive Dieting Thoughts for the Day: I am losing weight through (a) Intermittent Fasting, (b) Non-Fat Foods, (c) <2000 Calories, (d) Daily Exercises: Still eating healthy as per the “Three Sisters Diet”. I need to start eating even more squash though.
- Take Resveratrol: 11:17 am.
- Put On Shin Cream: Nope.
- Daily Mediations (3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video if possible). (a) Ask “Source” for Next Step, (b) “Dream Home” in Courtenay, and (c) “KWF Coin”. Gradually getting back into more meditation as I fall off to sleep.
- Update “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). Nope.
- Update “Vision Board” (Add/Remove/Update). Nope.
- This evening do or record my “Act of Kindness”: I was nice to the lady at Panera Bread today.
- Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: Not today.
After dropping my son off at school, and going for my allergy shot, I picked up some groceries, then my son’s prescription, and then went to Panera bread for a “Cup o’ Joe”. I’ve been looking for coins everywhere today, including while waiting at stop lights (see photo to the right), but mindful of the fact that in almost every case, I found my coins when I was not looking for them.
I spent a lot of time today finishing off my video on “Magical Numbers” as per the teaching of Abraham Hicks. Now I need to create some shorts that point people to this video. I’m hoping that this process will really boost viewership and subscribers to my YouTube channel.
