Happy Thursday Morning everyone! I’m starting a new “Morning Routine” this morning. Basically, I’m going to just provide a “list” of things to potentially do during the day, with the main focus on “JOY & CHILL” throughout the day. Basically, more fun and relaxation and less stress! Let’s see how it works out… 🙂
- Remember “JOY & CHILL” (Yes, this was the goal for today).
- 17 Second Rule. (Need to research more. Not implemented yet).
- Be “Grateful/Thankful”: (Yes)
- Write down “10 Things” to be thankful for. NOTE SOURCE: “14,000” book, “Bucket List” PDF’s, “Personal Manifestations”, or “Simple Pleasure”.

I think I’m going to like this whole format of “JOY & CHILL” much more than my previous daily format as there is less ritual and more “free flow” throughout the day. This will help me to focus more on the “JOY & CHILL” aspect of life, and hopefully manifest what I want into my life all that much quicker.
I stopped off for a cup of coffee at Panera Bread this morning after dropping my son off at school. Since I was there just before 8 am, the only people there were “three homeless people and the psychiatrist”. Sounds like a good name for a sitcom, right? At any rate, I got my cup of coffee and then hurried off to get my allergy shot. I thought I would try a full cup of hazelnut this morning (see photo to the right).
I had to go to Harris Teeter this afternoon to get a birthday cake for my daughter. While I was there I listened to a YouTube video that I downloaded to my iPhone. It was about Abraham Hick’s advice on manifesting your “Dream Home”. It had a lot of great ideas in it, basically along the lines of don’t spend so much time stressing out what your house will have or look like. The idea being that you will never get it done. If this house doesn’t have it, you will get another one, and so on… The main focus is to be joyful and chill and enjoy the process and it will come to you much easier! This is very much with my MAIN GOAL moving forward “JOY & CHILL” don’t you think? I’m going to have to get my wife and daughter to listen to this audio as well so we can bring our “Dream Home” in Courtenay to us that much quicker.
For some reason the YouTube algorithm has picked up on this video on my YouTube channel and growth has been dramatic as of late.
