It’s Sunday everyone! Let’s get things going with item #1 on my “ToDo List”:

- Put On Shin Cream: (11:30 pm.)
- Daily Mediations (3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video if possible). (a) Ask “Source” for Next Step, (b) “Dream Home” in Courtenay, and (c) “KWF Coin”. (Good meditation at noon. No break throughs).
- This evening do or record my “Act of Kindness”: (Thanked a police officer at Panera Bread for his service).
I stopped off at Panera Bread this afternoon for a cup of coffee. While there I saw the psychologist playing with a couple of kids of one of the Panera Bread workers.
I sat down at one of the Panera Bread tables near the window and had quite a good session looking at videos and reading some snippets from my Kindle books. Here are some highlights:
1) I should write down a list of why must lose weight and look at it each morning for motivation. For example, doctors want me to lose weight, it will help my shin rash, I will look younger, help me mentally feel like I am conquering my issues, help me age forever, etc.
2) I started to watch some videos on how Kung Fu developed, and the philosophy behind it.
3) I started to read my newly downloaded Sinclair book “Lifespan”. I finished the preface.
4) I read some more of my “Law of Attraction” book.

I’m thinking of getting this book on Amazon. It is called the “The Shamanic Secret Commandment To A Perfect Life: The Missing Ingredient To The Secret” and talks about the importance of “following your deepest passion to the letter“.
Before heading home, I thought that I would stop by Aldi for some groceries. My normal parking spot was not available, so I went to the nearest available spot to park. As I was walking to Aldi I saw a slip of paper on the ground next to a nearby white truck (see photo to the left). I bent down to pick it up, and it was a COSTCO Reward Gift Certificate (see photo to the right). My initial thoughts were that it was the South Carolina lottery ticket that I have been manifesting, but it was not to be (today).
When I got home, I showed this certificate to my wife and we determined that it was associated to a specific COSTCO membership card and was probably of no use to me. Having said that, I’ve never had anything like this show up in my “path” before. Is the Universe trying to give me encouragement that my manifestations are just around the corner, and I have to just “iron out” some of the details? Maybe. Hope so!
