Daily Notes
When I was at Panera Bread this afternoon, I treated myself to a cinnamon crunch bagel (toasted of course), with honey walnut cream cheese along with my coffee. I listened to some more of the “Angel Morrision Lottery Win” YouTube video. I learned that this win has also been mentioned on the “Lottery Changed My Life” television show. You can see this particular video here.
While at Panera Bread, I read about the various muscle groups on the Joe Weider Self-Defense Course. A fire engine when roaring by on Franklin Street. A small boy who was there with his family stood up on his chair and yelled out “FIRE”! The father just laughed (see photo to the right).
The videos on my LoA Codes YouTube channel are starting to take off. I’m quite excited that this might be my first YouTube channel to monetize. I guess I can thank both the “Law of Attraction” and the content made available by Abraham Hicks for this. I must say, my videos do have a cool intro, and Toonly makes some great characters for the visuals.
I didn’t eat the best today, given that there were “wildcard” NFL games on today, and oh those football snacks. Having said that, there is always tomorrow, right? I’m thinking of the “Cabbage Soup Diet” to help me kick things off.
I watched the David Sinclair YouTube video again, and made the following notes on my Diet & Exercise page:
- Exercise three times a week and make sure to lose your breath. This is a very big stimulator on the body.
- The most important eating habit for longevity is FASTING. Eat your foods within 6 hours a day!
- Eat a plant-based diet.
- Take the supplements: Resveratrol, NMN, Metformin, etc.
- Cut out Sugar!
- Cut out Bread!
- Cut out Meat!
- Cut out Dairy!
- Cut out Alcohol! (if you must, Pinot Noir wine).
