Happy Wednesday! Here’s item #1 on my “ToDo List”:

Morning Routine

  3. Be “Grateful/Thankful”:
    • Write down “10 Things” to be thankful for. NOTE SOURCE: “14,000” book, “Bucket List” PDF’s, “Personal Manifestations”, or “Simple Pleasure”.
    • #1) I am so happy and grateful for I: the most common word in conversation. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

    • #3) I am so happy and grateful for taking a bus to a small town with an interesting name and staying a few hours to explore. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #4) I am so happy and grateful for picnics in the car. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #5) I am so happy and grateful for early snows “healing” the landscape: no tracks, no muddied slush. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #6) I am so happy and grateful for writing paper. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #7) I am so happy and grateful for your favorite warm-weather vacation. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
    • #8) I am so happy and grateful for way to fall asleep. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

  • My list of items that I need to do today are: (Get yogurts, pick my daughter up at school).

  • Daily Mediation: (with my “air conditioner” background video if possible): (a) Ask “Source” for Next Step, (b) “Dream Home” in Courtenay, and (c) “KWF Coin”. (Busy editing videos, no nap today).

Optional “ToDo” List:

  • LoA YouTube website: (I spent the day creating a “TOP 10” Abraham Hicks video. I have a good feeling about this. Inspired? Hope so… Let’s see if this helps my channel take off!).

Reading List:

Diet/Exercise:

  • Positive Dieting Steps for the Day: I am losing weight through (a) Intermittent Fasting, (b) Non-Fat Foods, (c) <2000 Calories, (d) Daily Exercises: (Still enjoying the soup, but there are “nuts” in the house, and that’s always a problem).
  • Take Resveratrol: (Yes, PM).
  • Put On Shin Cream: (Yes, PM).

Evening Routine:

  • Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: (Nope).
  • This evening do or record my “Act of Kindness”: (Nope).

Daily Notes

I went to Panera Bread for a coffee this afternoon. I sat at one of the side tables, near the booths, across from where they prepare the food. I finished off Lesson #1 of the Joe Weider “Self-Defense Course”. I need to put this info onto my web page next…

While sitting at Panera and enjoying my coffee I saw “The Psychologist” order his usual bowl of oatmeal & fruit from Liz at the counter (see photo to the right).

Here’s an interesting little video: “Your Inner Being Knows Where You Are in Relationship to Everything That You Want” (and YOUR path of least resistance to get you there). It knows all your limiting beliefs to get you there. AND, it’s a joyful journey to get there, so don’t make it a BIG THING and ENJOY your journey getting there. It DOES NOT matter what you are doing, it only matters how you are FEELING when you are doing it! You can’t get to where you want to go by RUNNING AWAY from where you are! You have to LOVE the best things where you are which opens the doors to EVEN BETTER!
