Daily Notes
I went to Panera Bread just before noon today for a cup of coffee. Mixture of blends… I notice that they are running out of almond milk as of late…
I sat down at the little table next to the wall, just behind where the coffee is being served. You can see my table location and setup in the photo to the left. I didn’t make any oatmeal cookies today, but I did watch the episode on “How To Make A Big Mac” on Overstay Road. I really like this channel. This guy has spent time in Iraq and Afghanistan and is now chill and living in the Philippines with his family.
While at Panera Bread I also read some of the Joe Weider’s “Self-Defense” course, namely page #18, where “Every Body Part Is A Weapon”. They mention that you can try out the damage that a finger blow to the neck could be by gently trying it out on yourself. Good idea… See how effective this would be on others by trying it out on yourself. I never thought of that years ago… This section also mentions about “crushing someone’s testicles with your head”… What???
Also while at Panera Bread I came up with what I think are some VITAL lessons to learn and apply the “Law of Attraction” rules without getting caught in the weeds. Namely:
- In Esther Hick’s book “The Law of Attraction”, she states on page #51 “If the negative thought returns – and it may continue to do so for a while – just guide your thoughts more deliberately, and eventually it will not come up again.
- Check out this video, this is what is keeping your billions away!
- Check out the 48 second mark on this video which wraps up ALL of Abraham Hicks’ teachings!
- It’s all in a circle. The money that LF took from you can be replaced by BILLIONS if you follow what is taught in the video mentioned in Item #2.
- Don’t worry about learning lessons from your experience with LF. If you focus on implementing the “Law of Attraction”, no more bad people will come into your future, so you won’t have to learn lessons to deal with them.
- Don’t try to relive the past and say should have said this or that to LF. Remember, the Universe has it covered. You didn’t miss anything and didn’t do anything wrong.
As I was leaving Aldi I found a penny on the ground just before I reached the area where you put the carts away (see photo to the left). Not KWF. Why?
the Aldi parking lot, a lady was backing her red mustang out of the parking spot in front of the Dollar Store and hit me. No damage, but what lesson?
This evening, I came across this video about the SpudFit guy and how he didn’t incorporate greens into his initial diet. His reasoning behind it was the most compelling thing about this video I thought. The fact that he was treating his eating problem as an addiction… I’m thinking that’s what I should do…
