We flew home from Comox today. As soon as we arrived in Atlanta my wife got an email from Amanda that our offer for the house had gone through! Celebration time! I had the chicken wings with a milkshake at the Atlanta airport!
Once home we stopped off at Arnesa’s house to pick up our son and then home! We gave him his die-cast helicopter from Canada to play with on the way home.
So, in terms of the “Law of Attraction”, our new home is pretty close to ideal. Here are a few “pluses” I want to share…
- It has a hobby Farm.
- It is close to schools that we love.
- There is a view of the mountains from a bedroom on the second floor, and the patio out front.
- Our daughter loves her room.
- There is a “tack room” that we will make into an exercise room.
- They have a tree swing, and large trees for another swing.
- I will have a “suite” in the barn and a room in the main house on the ground floor.
- The “suite” will have room for a “music studio” and my “flight simulator”.
- It is almost “double” the elevation as the Cotton Road house.
- There are no “growth” house issues.
- There are no sewer problems.
- It is private.
- It has sun, so we can grow a garden.
