  3. “Daily Meditation”: Meditation Info Video (1m Version) & (30m Air Conditioner Meditation)!
  4. LoA YouTube Channel: (847 subscribers and 3,842 public watch hours).
  5. Take Resveratrol: (Yes, PM).
  6. Put on Shin Cream: (Yes, PM).

2024-04-18 - Penn Diet

I went to Panera Bread for a coffee after dropping my son of at school. I took a seat at one of the booths, which fortunately was free, and starting to watch some Penn Gillette videos on his take of the “Potato Diet” (see photo to the right). In this one particular video, at the 9:25 part, something jumped out at me. I’ve seen this video many times before, but this time, like I said, at the 9:25 mark he points out that “NOW, HE EATS WHATEVER HE WANTS”… In other words, his taste buds have changed, and he doesn’t crave the pizza or fatty foods. This is key, as it means you no longer struggle with foods. I want to be in that place, so I’m eating only potatoes (nothing added), and black coffee, and water today! Also, take a look at the very end of this video where he practically says the same thing!

I came across this video by Angstrom, on how to “set life goals“. I used their tool to come up with the following set of goals: (Unfortunately, it is in PDF and can be viewed, but not edited).
