DAILY “MUST” Routine… Day #0001 (11/11)

  1. Focus On “JOY & NOW” (Video Here, Shorter Version, and Segment Intending throughout the day). What are you thankful for this morning? (To be alive for one more day to get it right)
  2. 17 Second Rule w/Timer: (Succinctly wrapped up here!). SO MUCH of your JOYOUS FUTURE centers around money, so today visualize: (Yes, my “Coins & Lottery Tickets!” visualization)
  3. “Potato Diet”: Day #001 (Let’s get started shall we)
  4. “Noon(ish) Meditation”: Meditation Info Video (1m Version) & (30m AirCon Meditation)! (Great nap this afternoon, but no “Inspired Action”)
  5. Process #5 (“The Prosperity Game”) – $1000 Today: (GoPro “HERO 12 BLACK CREATOR” Bundle for $795.92)
  6. Process #9 (The Scripting Process) – New Novel: (I tried out various image generators today. I can’t seem to get them to copy the EXACT seed image I provide and have them doing a different activity. They will change the face of the person in the seed image)
  7. LoA YouTube Channel: (895 subscribers and 4,058 public watch hours)
  8. Take Resveratrol: (Yes, this afternoon).
  9. Put on Shin Cream: (Yes, this afternoon).
  10. Today, The Universe Took Care of What? (It’s 10:53 pm, and nothing that I can think of).
  11. Watch This Before Bed: (Short Video) (Go to bed, full of appreciation and joy, and think of how great the bed feels).

2024-04-22 - Penn Diet Day #1

Check out the new “Daily Routine” that I have developed above. 11 Steps to perform throughout the day. I’m hoping that this will set my alignment in the morning, and keep it set all throughout the day. Let the manifestations start to flow… 🙂

After dropping my son off at school this morning I headed to Panera Bread. I got my black “light roast” and took the much-coveted smaller table in the corner (see photo to the right). While there I read up on Penn Gillette’s Day #1 in “Presto”. I’m implementing this diet starting today. I know, I know… there have been a lot of “False Starts”, but this time I plan to go the whole two weeks without anything but potatoes. No sauces or ANYTHING, but I did learn that I’m allowed to use a bit of pepper, which is nice. I’m bound and determined to change my tastebuds, and I think if I read “Presto” more and focus on the “process” and not just the food, it will work. Fingers crossed!

As you can tell from the stats above, I have now crossed the magical 4000 hours point in LoA Codes YouTube channel. Now I just need to get ~100 more subscribers in order to see some $ coming in…
