Daily Notes
I went to Planet Fitness to do a back routine, and then to Wendy’s near Wegmans for two baked potatoes this morning. In the photo to the right, you can see the construction site of what used to be a Carl Jr.’s restaurant. No idea what is going up there now…
I added a second “Success Story” to my video of Abraham Hick’s “Success Stories”. This compilation is over 10 minutes now. I must be mindful of not creating a video over 15 minutes or I will get a copyright strike. I will need to trim it back a bit if I’m to add a few more stories.
I’m getting into the groove with this Penn Gillette “Potato Diet” I must say. I would like to be able to have some hot sauce or other sauces on my potatoes, but I’m fine with pepper for now. Days #3 and 4 are supposed to be quite rough, and today is Day #3, but I’m not suffering too back. I think the thought of losing weight is fueling the excitement and lessens the desire to eat.
This whole YouTube algorithm is very perplexing. I was getting quite a few subscribers and the last few days it has really dropped off. It seems that it’s quite elaborate and hard to figure out…
My back started to bother me again tonight. I’m going to have to really take it easy for the next few days!
