Daily Notes

After all the “festivities” of yesterday I decided to just stay home and relax and sleep today! Bobby stayed home with me. My wife and Katie went to an orchestra performance in the evening.

Bobby and I watched “Spiderman – No Way Home” via Netflix on the television in the living room (see photo to the right). Katie also joined us. This was the movie that Bobby and I started to watch at the drive-in theater in Chapel Hill on Christmas Eve, but Bobby had too much candy, and made himself sick, so we had to leave early. No McDonalds during this show, but my wife did make Bobby a “Elvis Presley like Bacon/Banana/Peanut Butter Sandwich”. I gave Bobby and Katie a bag of “Old Dutch” potato chips.

I was surprised, but Katie really got into this Super Hero movie! First because Tom Holland was in it, but then because it was funny. Ethan called after about an hour into it, so we delayed watching the finish of this movie till tonight.

This evening my wife and Katie went to see “Hello Strings”, which is the Comox Valley Youth Orchestra. Katie has been a bit scared about it, but after seeing them play, and a couple of cute guys in the orchestra, she is warming up to the idea of joining it.

For the past few days, little by little, I have been watching “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood” on Netflix.

While they were away, Bobby and I finished watching “Spiderman – No Way Home”. I put him to bed this evening after we were done. He was complaining about the light coming through his window, so I adjusted the curtain. He made himself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, forgot to brush his teeth, and went to bed.

Batman enjoys sitting on the window sill in Katie’s room and watching the goats.
