Daily Notes
I was up in the middle of the night and happened to watch an Abraham Hicks video about Relationships & Divorce. Interesting stuff…
Today was a lazy day! I was reminded of the Abraham Hicks video in which they said that we are doing too much and should just chill, so, I did… I basically slept and napped and tried to get into a meditative state more… Getting into the meditative state, as mentioned in the previous video, is the way to get “Inspired Action”, and when you do it will be too powerful to resist.
When I did get up, past 2 pm mind you, I did my morning work and checked out today’s lottery ticket, which happened to be a Virginia Mega Millions one. Nope… Not this time (see photo to the right). I would have won $2 but the date of the ticket was wrong. I have only two lottery tickets from our trip to Courtenay left.
The hens blessed us with two eggs this morning (see photo to the left). I wonder why only one egg on some days and two eggs on others?
I was going to go to Innova Doors this afternoon to see about a quote to have an automatic gate installed, but my wife took the kids to their first viola/violin lesson. It closes at 4 pm, so I mowed some more lawns instead (see photo to the right).
The kids like their new Suzuki Method viola/violin teacher. They said that she is very nice, and young too. I’m glad that they like her. It will be all that much easier to get them to attend viola/violin camp next month.
Kids are coming out of the woodwork now that school has closed. There are apparently a lot of boys around our son’s age, and according to him all of them have bikes. My great desire is that he will enjoy biking with them so much that online play such as Roblox and Minecraft will take a back seat! There is also a Scottish family down the street who came her last year. They have three girls around our daughter’s age. I told our daughter that Scottish girls are very nice, so hopefully she will develop a great friendship with them.
This evening my daughter and I went to Costco to check out the tv stands. We’re thinking of getting a floor version, rather than one that attaches to the wall, as we’re not really sure where things in the “Barn Suite” will be placed. I still have hopes of setting up a music studio and flight simulator, and my wife is thinking about a couch. We do have a new rug though, one that was too big for the “Main House”. Alas, they didn’t have any floor models of tv stands, just ones that attach to the walls, so the search continues.
Later this evening I started to watch the old tv series “Lost”. I remember that it had a kind of spiritual ending, similar to the teachings of the “Law of Attraction” in someways? Anyway, I’m going to watch it again and see if it had any tidbits of valuable insights!
