Day #0313 – (Sat., Jul. 6, 2024) – The 30 Day Challenge Starts!

Today is the start of my “30 Day Meditation Challenge”. Let’s kick it off with item #1 on my “ToDo List”: (You can use these symbols: ✅).

  1. Listen to the “Morning Meditation” Routine as soon as you can in the day, preferably when you first wake up!
  2. What are you “Thankful” for this morning? (Coming up with the idea of this “30 Day Meditation Challenge”!)
  3. You are supposed to get EVERYTHING YOU WANT! (Video Here).

  5. “Daily Must” – Set Timer Reminder! (Set at 2 PM today, 15 minute intervals.)

  7. “Daily Must” – Today’s “Perfect Meditation Routine“! (I asked Bing Copilot on how to find my Spiritual Advisor. I also came across this great Abraham Hicks “Morning Meditation” Routine!)

Daily Notes

I had a great meditation session this morning before I got out of bed. I was breathing deeply, focusing on the warmth of the bed and how the Universe was taking care of everything around me. I was constantly asking for: (1) A spiritual teacher, preference to be Abraham, and (2) My inner being to provide me with “Inspired Action” towards what was next in my Vortex!

While meditating, some thoughts came to mind. They were:

  • A nice lush green grassy pasture with a white picket fence.
  • James Carville playing with some young children in a vacation house?
  • I need to have an hourly reminder to keep me focused on the “Now”. Is this today’s “Inspired Action”?
2024-07-06 - Comox Wharf

Today I set up a “Mindfulness Timer” to go off ever 15 minutes to remind me to be “In The Moment” and be “Joyful”. The problem was that I often didn’t hear it go off. As a result this evening I set the notifications to not only give off a “Chime”, but to “Vibrate” as well. Hopefully this will work better tomorrow!

I asked Bing Copilot on how to find my Spiritual Advisor. I also came across this great Abraham Hicks “Morning Meditation” Routine!

I drove my daughter to the wharf in Comox this afternoon so that we could not only enjoy the hot sunny weather, but feel the fresh cool breeze off the ocean! Heaven! (see photo to the right).
