Day #0314 – (Sun., Jul. 7, 2024) – 30 Day Meditation Challenge, Day #2

  1. Listen to the “Morning Meditation” Routine as soon as you can in the day, preferably when you first wake up! (I did this, but the sound on my Chrome device was not loud enough. I need to download the video and put it on my iPhone . I did, later today!)

Interesting thought: Affirming good things now is the best way to move into the next “Segment Intending”…)
  7. “Daily Must” – Today’s “Perfect Meditation Routine“! (I downloaded the “Morning Meditation” video to my iPhone to make it easier to listen to in bed)

Daily Notes

I listened to the “Abraham Hicks – 10 Minute Morning Meditation” video this morning, but the sound on my Chrome device was not loud enough. I downloaded the video and put it on my iPhone.

I reinstalled the “Mindfulness App” last night, and have figured out how to have it not only chime, but give a vibrate. Hopefully this will help me to be more “mindful” every 15 minutes, throughout the day.

I had to go to Home Depot today to get some “stuff” to install the bike accessories that I picked up yesterday. Is it ever hot! I don’t remember it being this hot in Nova Scotia when I lived there 30 years ago! Global warming? Perhaps!

I used the “Mindfulness App” throughout the day, including during my trip to Home Depot. Unfortunately, the sound of the chime is too quiet, and the vibration of the phone too brief, to catch my attention each and every time. When I’m not in the midst of something, or in a loud area, it should be fine though. All I do know is that it’s better to catch just one of these little reminders than to spend your day with none at all.

2024-07-07 - Two Deer

The deer is getting into our land and eating up our apple blossoms and other flowers (see photo to the left). We thought it might be because a gate was open, but I chased them to the back of our property and it appears that there is an entry way that they are getting in through. So, not only do we need to get an automatic gate at the front of our property, we need to figure out how to stop them getting in through the back of our property as well. It appears that there is something new to contend with each day…

I put up two more videos on my “Law of Attraction” YouTube channel this evening. These are the last two videos (see video to the right) that I “preloaded” before our drive to Courtenay. I will need to start creating more videos now… The two were:
