I watched the first video titled “How to Do Segment Intending in 2024 – Abraham Hicks LOA today.

Here are some key takeaways:

  • The idea behind “Segment Intending” is the principle of “Getting Out Ahead Of It”.
  • The video talks about how Esther used “Segment Intending” on a flight she was taking.
  • Here’s the difference, “Meditating” is quieting your mind. “Segment Intending” is thinking about the thing that you want. Here’s the Key: Don’t try to fix a situation with “Segment Intending”… Just figure you are going to derive pleasure from the segment you are walking in to.
  • Write in a journal the segments you are planning by starting with: “I love…” “I feel…” “I appreciate…”

I also watched the first meditation video on the list, which encourages viewers to meditate by focusing on the sound in the room and letting go of thoughts or impulses. Here are some key takeaways from this video:

  • A willingness to just let source wrap around you and through you…
  • A willingness to wait for an impulse, and a willingness to just let it be if there is not one…
  • Just let it be… A silent space where nothing needs to be done…
  • Just sit there and be… You and Source Energy! Flowing through every cell of your body. It is NOT your work! Let Source Energy love you and have it’s way with you.

This evening I thought that I would have a “TV Dinner” (see photo to the right). I haven’t had one of these in a long while. They used to be very popular when I was a child, but seem to have taken the back seat recently. I notice that they no longer come in a little aluminum tin as this would prevent them from being able to be used in a microwave. It was quite delicious I might add, but it sure took a long while to heat up in the microwave!
