Daily Notes
I watched the third “Segment Intending” video titled “The POWER Of Segment Intending With Your Inner-Being!!“ today. Here are some key takeaways:
- Esther expects good weather and traffic on her drives as she has been “Segment Intending” for quite a while.
- Think of how good you currently feel, and then “Segment Intend”, which brings this feeling forward.
- If you bring the same feeling you have always had into a new segment, you will experience the same thing.
- What is a “High Five”?
I also watched the third “Meditation” video, which is actually the “10 Minute Morning Meditation“, I listened to a while back. It’s good to revisit it! Here are some key takeaways:
- It’s a good morning!
- Some eventually, ALL eventually!
- I plan to feel good all day long.
- I am planning to use my internal guidance system the way I intended when I was born.
- My “Inner Being” is guiding me along the path of least resistance, which is also the path of the most fun!
- Today I plan to hold myself in the place of feeling good!
- Today I am going to look for reasons to feel good, and I will find them!
There was an assassination attempt on Donald Trump’s life this evening (see photo to the left). He’s fine, but someone in the audience was killed, along with the gunman. These are dangerous times my friends! I’m reminded of what Abraham Hicks said in one of her videos, where nobody can bring anything into your experience that you don’t want. This is basically referring to the fact that you are in total control of your destiny based on the vibrations you are putting out. Does this mean that even if you are following the principles of the “Law of Attraction”, and happen to encounter violence, the reason is because you are not perfectly applying these laws? This seems to be the case!
