Daily Notes
I started this morning off by looking at videos regarding the “PJ” Diet, and the “Potato Diet” in general. Here are some links:

So, it’s 1:52 pm here in the “Barn Suite” and I just got up… 🙂 I thought I would go back to bed and do some meditating, and boy did I ever have a couple of great meditation sessions. I started off with the “Morning Meditation” Routine, and then after that, I also had a “30 minute meditation” session as well. Here are some key “takeaways”:
- Abraham Hicks talks about “taking it easy” and “relaxing”, and Penn Jillette talks about “dieting winter”, so I just relaxed and focused on not doing anything today!
- As I was meditating, it seemed that my mind “clicked” a bit, kind of like what would happen if you spliced together two pieces of audio tape, and it was not perfect. What’s up with that? Is this what happens when you are meditating right and things are about to manifest?
- The thought of going to Tim Horton’s on Guthry Road to pick up their coffee mug came to mind.
- The thought of going to Quality Foods on the way and checking for coins came to mind as well.
Well, I did go to “Quality Foods” this afternoon, at least in the parking lot. I drove around and looked for coins, but didn’t see any. Like before, this potential “Inspired Action” was anything but. I would dearly love to have a thought come to mind while I’m meditating, and having the follow through of acting upon this thought bring some sort of a manifestation into my life. I guess I still have to figure this process out… I’m sure I’ll be through the roof with excitement when I finally do…
I then visited the Tim Horton’s on Guthry Road, where I picked up one of their mugs. I figure that since I’m starting the “JP Potato Diet” tomorrow the least I can do is have an exciting mug to drink my black coffee in.
In keeping with the “JP Potato Diet” “Prep Day” I took a video of my body and even brought out the measuring tape. I’ll put this up online. It might become a great motivational tool for me and perhaps other at some point!
