2024-08-17 - Air Fryer Fries

This afternoon I made some “fries” in my Ninja Air Fryer (see photo to the right). Two types of “red sauce”. One, the date sweetened ketchup and the lighter red is hot sauce. I find that boiling the potatoes in the Instant Pot, and then flash frying them in the air fryer is the best way…kind of like how McDonald’s makes their fries! Just a healthier version!

My one vegetable for today is pickles, and my one fruit for today is cherries.

I worked some more on my new novel this evening. With Chapter #1 pretty well complete, at least for now, I turned my focus to Chapter #2. I changed the script to make it more palatable to the ear when exported to .mp3, and I added some snippets of Timothy Schultz’s interview with Dr. Dean Radin as well.

I’m up to 1,105 Subscribers on my “Law of Attraction” YouTube channel, but I’m not exactly sure why my revenue has fallen to practically nothing!
