Let’s start my 1st anniversary of this blog with item #1 on my “ToDo List”: (You can use these symbols: ☐✅).
“Incorporating Winning List” (16/31) – “Add Tortillas” Day #007
- ✅ {Morning} Listen to the “10 Minute Morning Meditation” Routine as soon as you can in the day, preferably when you first wake up! (First thing. No “Inspired Thoughts”!)
- ✅ Be as Happy As You Can As Often As You Can! (Video Here)! (2:14 pm)
- ✅ Bless Food (Before Eating): (My coffee with a splash of almond milk in my “Maple Mug”!)
- ✅ Morning affirmation (immediately upon rising): “I am extremely deserving of the things that I am manifesting because I have and always have had a good heart. I want the best for others and want for things to work out well for everyone. Even when people were horrible to me, I tried to look beyond this and resolve issues so that all could live in peace. I don’t have a great desire for wealth, other than getting a nice home and traveling, and will use the rest of the money to benefit and help others. So, taking this into account, if ANYONE is deserving of these things I am manifesting, it is ME”! (2:13 pm)
- ✅ Create “10 Morning Blessings / Gratitude List” for today:
- Write down “10 Things” to be thankful for. NOTE SOURCE: “14,000” book, “Bucket List” PDF’s, “Personal Manifestations”, “Simple Pleasure”, or even “Things that I am thankful for that haven’t happened yet”!

Daily Notes
Exactly one year ago today, on August 29, 2023, this blog was born (see photo to the right). I wanted to have a place to put all my thoughts and experiences on the “Law of Attraction”, and I’m happy to say that one year later I’m still going strong!

I made some almond milk creamer for my coffee today. This required putting the blended almonds through a strainer. I wanted to find a use for the almond milk residue that was left at the top of the strainer and thought that I would try to make a cake out of it for the chickens. I used the Ninja “air fryer” and spread some flax seeds on top so that they would think there were bugs crawling through it and did they ever love it (see photo to the right).
I see that the Penn Jillette “Potato Diet” book has a number of recipes that he has tried and enjoys. I’ll have to try them out.
I made a great dosa in the Cuisinart “Griddler” today! After so many times trying to use a fry pan or “whatever” to make these, the “Griddler” makes them easily!
Later today I cleaned out the chicken coop and took away some of the rocks and debris near the coop door so that you can go in and out easier.
We’re having real problems finding an accountant who is skilled in both the tax laws of Canada and the United States as well. Even if we find such a person I’m sure they will not come cheap!
I stopped off at Sherwin Williams this afternoon to see about paint for my newly insulated garage. The guy behind the counter gave me some ideas on how to paint the garage easier, which is fine for me!
