Daily Notes
I’m hard at work in the garage these days. It has been insulated and drywalled, and I’m now in the process of cleaning up the trim and priming and painting it. I don’t seem to have the energy to do hours and hours of work on this each day, but I do what I can and rest when I can. Such is the luxury when you are retired…
This evening I stopped off at Home Depot for some more caulking for the trim. While there I didn’t find any coins or items that indicated that I was in alignment with the Universe… I miss the days in Chapel Hill when I had coins magically appear on the ground! Not sure what has changed, but I’m in the process of trying to figure it out.
I decided that I would take a drive to Black Creek and purchase a Blackjack “Scratch & Win” and a Gold Rush “Scratch & Win”… A little voice in the back of my head said why bother, this is not an “Inspired Action”… I went anyway, and listed to my novel on audio as I drove. Well, I should have listened to that little voice… I didn’t win any money (see photo to the right).
I learned in a YouTube video today that Cynthia P. Stafford is giving coaching sessions now. I checked out her website and it costs $222 per hour… Hmmm… Maybe this is just what I need to take my manifestations to the next level…
For my evening meal I had some recently steamed potatoes from the Instant Pot, some peas, and some homemade hummus and cheeze sauce! Was it ever delish! If I eat like this with my modified Potato+ diet moving forward I think I will lose more weight? I also had some tofu prepared on the “Griddler”… my bacon substitute.
