In terms of a diet, here’s what I came up with this morning…
Overall Guidelines
1) Read ALL these notes every day!
2) Follow this regimen EXACTLY for 30 days!
3) Don’t worry about daily weight fluctuations up or down!
4) Look at pictures for motivation!
5) Maggie’s videos on “Manifesting Weight Loss”.
Food Component
6) Each Meal:(a) Bowl Soup, (b) Salad with Apple Cider Vinegar, (c) One potato, (d) Veggies & Hummus, (e) One slice “sprouted” bread with homemade hummus & jam (f) One serving fruit or berries.
7) Daily: Either ONE Quality Foods Biscuit or TWO Oatmeal Raisin/Blueberry Muffins. Either one serving PB2 or PB, & Jam.
8) One serving 100g fish every 3rd day.
9) Unlimited fat free condiments such as ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, zero calorie sweetener, and nutritional yeast.
10) Unlimited coffee or tea with veggie milk, zero calorie soda, or water.
Exercise Component
11) Daily Exercise (Alternating): (a) 30 minutes rowing, (b) 3 sets upper body exercise to exhaustion, (c) 30 minutes rowing, (d) 3 sets lower body to exhaustion.
12) Exercises: (a) 30 minutes rowing, (b) Upper: Hammer Curl, (c) Upper: Tricep Kickback, (d) Upper: Shoulder Press, (e) Upper: Reverse Fly, (f) Lower: Squat, (g) Lower: Romanian Deadlift, (h) Lower: Calf Raise, (i) Lower: Sumo Squat.

13) “Oatmeal Muffin” recipe –> one cup oatmeal, one container applesauce, 1/4 cup dried blueberries, 1/4 cup raisins. Silicone cups to very top. Cinnamon on top. Air Fryer 300 degrees for 18 minutes.
14) “Instant Pot” soup recipe –> (cabbage, onions, carrots, celery, peppers, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, two cans beans, one can corn, one cup rice, veggie bouillon).
I went to Staples this afternoon to pick up some thick bristol board for my “30 Day Diet Challenge”. I also picked up some AI photos of myself, some Sharpies, wall connectors, and other things to make this system work…
I went to Costco afterwards and picked up some veggies and fixings for the Cabbage Soup I will be making tonight. While there I picked up a hot dog (see photo to the right)! I also had some of their poutine for the first time, and one of their HUGE chocolate chip cookies for dessert. I was thinking of going to Smitty’s for some of their pancakes this evening, and I actually drove by their location and saw that they had plenty of parking spaces, but just didn’t feel like it. I drove over to Costco for their “free samples” and of course the hot dog and such that I mentioned above…
Tomorrow I start my “30 Day Diet Challenge”! I don’t have everything written down on the bristol board yet, but I have plenty of time to do that starting tomorrow…
