I was up into the “wee hours” this morning putting AI generated images into my “Buy Canadian” book! Here’s a sample (see photo to the right)!

I signed up for Amazon Kindle (again!)

I set up an autoresponder account at Sender.net, and even put up a form to catch contacts from people who purchase my Kindle book. Alas, they shut it down due to “Suspicious Activity”… I’m not sure what this activity is, but I was trying to set up SPF and DKIM records so that I could send and receive emails from my domain. I’m trying to get it reinstated…

So today is Day #5 of the “30 Day Diet Challenge”. The thing I really like about this challenge is that you get out of the mindset that you need to lose weight each day. If it’s up one day or down the next, who cares! It’s the weight loss after 30 days that matters. This is a diet and exercise regimen that I feel comfortable with following for the rest of my life. If I can lose weight this way after 30 days, then just “Rinse & Repeat”! I might “tweak” it a bit, like add a hamburger here and there, or maybe a “Homemade Frosty” as per Will the workout guy, but we’ll see…

30 minute rowing session today. Watched “Okinawa” on the “Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones” on Netflix!

Today I had some frozen salmon in the air fryer that I picked up at Costco the other day. I also put some PB2 on the popcorn I popped in the microwave.
