2025-02-23 - Lea & Perrins

I picked up some “Lea & Perrins” at Thrifty Foods on Friday night (see photo to the right). I remember that my father used to like putting a bit of it in his “Scotch Broth” soup!

I spent some time this afternoon figuring out how to put Evie on the chairs at the Quality Foods 2nd floor coffee shop in Courtenay. I tried various options, but the best seems to be creating an AI prompt having her sit in a similar chair with a transparent background. You then use the GetImg.ai “Remove Background” tool and only Evie will remain. I then superimpose her image onto the background via PhotoPea, and voila!

This evening, as I watched the Marx Brothers movie “Duck Soup”, I asked Copilot to come up with some more details how how Kirk & Evie would relate. In particular:

  1. Evie is “The Campaigner”, also known as ENFP (Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Perceiving)
  2. Kirk is “The Counselor”, also known as INFJ (Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Judging).
  3. Let’s compare the ENFP (The Campaigner) and INFJ (The Counselor) personality types by identifying 10 characteristics they share and 10 ways in which they are the same.
  4. Let’s compare the ENFP (The Campaigner) and INFJ (The Counselor) personality types by identifying 10 characteristics they share and 10 ways in which they differ.
  5. Let’s explore how the differences between the INFJ (The Counselor) and ENFP (The Campaigner) could lead to conflicts in their romantic relationship and what steps they can take to resolve these issues and strengthen their bond.
  6. Come up with 10 fictional “Short Stories” based on these differences.

Regarding the Abraham Hicks talk where this guy got everything that he wrote down, I had Zamzar create a text file of the exchange. Since it was taken from a conversation, I had Copilot clean it up a bit without losing any of the details. Here’s what Copilot gave me:

Guy: So, I decided that for the next 30 days, I would write out a calendar and make sure to stay happy every day. I noted the things I enjoyed doing and the activities that put me in a positive place. Initially, it was a struggle because I’d forget about the calendar, but I eventually picked up momentum. When I was doing things to make myself happy, I wasn’t doing them with the expectation of making something happen. I was simply enjoying the moment. This helped me stay in a place of allowing what I wanted. Anything that feels good while you’re doing it is a step toward allowing your desires to manifest.

Guy: One of the things I did was write a thank-you letter for all the amazing things that happened as a result of the process, even though they hadn’t happened yet. Every day, twice a day, I would read that letter, picturing myself in the hot seat and imagining saying it aloud as if it had already happened.

Hicks: Writing the letter blurred the lines between the present and the future and focused on the vibration, creating a unified vibration. When you focus steadily on a unified vibration, manifestations come to you regardless of whether you’re thinking about the past, present, or future. Practicing this vibration now prepares you for what’s coming.

Guy: I also realized I didn’t need to be overly specific. I used to be very good at forcing things to happen, like getting a job or dating someone, but it didn’t always lead to happiness. Instead, I wrote about:

  1. Wanting to be in business with my best friend.
  2. I also wrote about finding the love of my life without being too specific. I described the attributes of the woman I wanted to meet and found that I was already in love with her by the time I finished reading the letter.
  3. The third thing I wrote about was losing 15 pounds without changing my diet or exercise routine.

Guy: Low and behold, the results were amazing:

  1. Regarding item #1, my best friend called with an idea for a business that aligned with my interests.
  2. Regarding item #2, out of nowhere, a woman I’d been friends with for 10 years confessed her love for me, and she matched everything on my list.
  3. Regarding item #3, over 30 days, I actually lost not 15, but 17 pounds.

Everything I had thanked the universe for was coming true, and I’m truly grateful for it!

Hicks: There are two key points:

  1. First, when you try to force things into being, you believe there’s a hurdle to overcome. But when you take an easy approach, you’re more likely to be inspired to act. Practicing thoughts that feel good helps you stay in a place of allowing your desires to manifest.
  2. Second, by practicing the vibration of what you want, you create a place of expectation that allows your desires to manifest naturally.
