Daily Notes

I went to “Classic Bacon & Eggs” breakfast with some pancakes as well (see photo to the right). The bacon and eggs were great, but I must admit that the pancakes at McDonalds are better. As opposed to the breakfast that they serves up yesterday, there were no sausages or tomatoes today!

This afternoon I went shopping for some “Pill Pockets” for our cat who will not take his meds. While out, instead of going to a restaurant, I felt like picking up some snack foods at Thrifty’s, and a pizza at Papa Johns, and going back home to watch the movie “Unforgiven” on the big screen in the main house. The pizza I picked up was their “Super Supreme” (see photo to the left) as the cashier said that it had the most “stuff” on it, including veggies which the “Meat Lover’s Pizza” does not.

I didn’t get much reading done on the “Busting Loose From The Money Game”. I thought that I would take the Kindle version of this book to bed and rest and read it, but I ended up falling asleep. In fact, I was pretty exhausted and listless all day. Perhaps I ate too much pizza? I’m sure that the bacon and eggs and especially the pancakes in the morning didn’t help. Oh well, the one thing that eating like this is doing is it is making me realize how much better I will feel once I start my planned “Potato Diet” in a week or two…
