Daily Notes

Take a look at the bread that I made in the wee hours this morning (see photo to the right). I made it in the air fryer, with some “Everything Bagel” spice on top. I made sure that the batter was moist, and put the top bowl on top of a bowl of water for extra moistness. I let it cool down, and the bread knife did quite a good job. Not an excellent job, but it produced slices that at least I could put into the toaster and have some nice toast.
