P11 – The “Segment Intending” Process

11. Segment Intending

Another great process when you feel overwhelmed is Segment Intending. Segment Intending asks you to focus on a specific period of time, and to then identify the vibrational state you want to be in during that time.

It is like breaking a project down into chunks, but instead of simply focusing in on a specific task to accomplish, you focus on a specific vibration you want to maintain during that time period. Taking a few moments to establish this vibration before you begin will help you to maintain an easier state of flow as you move through the time.

Day #001 (2024-07-06-Sat): Today I set up a “Mindfulness Timer” to go off ever 15 minutes to remind me to be “In The Moment” and be “Joyful”. The problem was that I often didn’t hear it go off. As a result this evening I set the notifications to not only give off a “Chime”, but to “Vibrate” as well. Hopefully this will work better tomorrow!

Day #002 (2024-07-07-Sun): I watched the following video on “Segment Intending” called “This is The POWER Of Segment Intending With Your Inner-Being!! – Abraham Hicks”. Interesting thought: Affirming good things now is the best way to move into the next “Segment Intending”…

Day #003 (2024-07-08-Mon): This afternoon I asked Bing’s Copilot: “According to Abraham Hicks, what is “Segment Intending”?

  • You want to “Segment Intend” when you want to make the most of the moment you are going into.
  • It’s in a way a “Statement of Intent” of what you want.
  • She mentions about Dr. Wayne Dyer’s cell phone message. If you have positive news, leave a message. If not, call Dr. Phil.
  • Keep in mind that “Segment Intending” gets easier as you identify who you are.
  • If you are going to meet someone you could “Segment Intend”, I am so longing to discover the deliciousness of this person…
  • The more you practice “Segment Intending”, the better you will get at it. Soon you will be “Segment Intending” by default.

Day #008 (2024-07-13-Sat): I watched the third video titled “The POWER Of Segment Intending With Your Inner-Being!! today. Here are some key takeaways:

  • Esther expects good weather and traffic on her drives as she has been “Segment Intending” for quite a while.
  • Think of how good you currently feel, and then “Segment Intend”, which brings this feeling forward.
